If you all ONLY HIRE HISPANIC people just say so. My teenager completed an application on line. The virtual assistant scheduled an interview. We get there and my kid is told the manager is not there so they won’t be able to interview her and they don’t know when a manager will be there. Ok fine. We wait for a few minutes outside and see 2 Hispanic kids that go to school with my kid go in and BOTH are interviewed on the spot apparently by the manager that they told my kid was not there and they don’t know when she would be there. When the noticed the look of disappointment on my face the Hispanic employees began to laugh and speak Spanish. Smh this wasn’t so funny to me nor was it funny to the attorney I spoke to. Now here is the kicker. We went to the McDonald’s in hermitage by Walmart. This time a person who identified herself as a shift manager CALLED HER GM and told her that there was someone looking for employment, so we were told to come back on Tuesday, which is today at 3 PM. Guess what we get there and the general manager told us no one was scheduled for an interview. Again I was disappointed especially since the employees who were Hispanic laughed. Read moreA NASTY and PREJUDICIAL place. Consumers shouldn’t be treated differently simply because the owners and workers are primarily Hispanic. I get IGNORED for Spanish speaking guest EVERY TIME I’m in there. This morning I had my two year old with me, I was ordering at the register , when the manager taking my order cuts me off mid sentence and starts an entire conversation with a Spanish speaking woman behind me who has her own requests. The manager stopped my order to help her and then once she was satisfied got back to me and my son like an after thought. It was so blatantly rude. Another time a Hispanic gentleman ignored me at the mobile window and helped all the Hispanic patrons then literally walked away. As a Black woman I have to plead to get service every time I go there. Y’all are racist and disgusting. Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience at your drive-thru location. During our recent visit, the CSR at the first window did not take our order correctly. While mistakes can happen, the interaction that followed was concerning.
When we attempted to address the issue at the second window — specifically a missing coffee from our order — the CSR responded in an extremely unprofessional manner. Rather than offering to resolve the issue or even request payment for the additional item, the staff member slammed the window shut in our faces and acted erratically and rudely.
This interaction was not only frustrating but also unnecessarily hostile. There was zero effort made to correct the issue or provide any resolution.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customer service plays a significant role in our decision to return to any establishment. I’d appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure appropriate steps are taken to prevent similar experiences in the future.
