This location just opened up 2 minutes from our house. I had so many high hopes given the reputation. Alas, I ordered the beef sandwich for pick-up and it was the soggiest spoon needed bag of mush. I should note that I picked up the sandwich and ate it almost immediately, so it is not like it was sitting there in condensation for 20 minutes. The level of mush, I don’t think you could really call it bread, was intense. There was absolutely no form to the sandwich, it fell apart when you picked it up. It felt like the beef was wrapped in mashed potatoes.
I will give them another shot in hopes that I can edit this review. But they seriously need to figure out how to prevent this from happening again, total waste of $15.

What is a 'fleet beef'? It is not on your menu. Also, I like a sandwich drenched in jus, but maybe for orders to go have the jus on the side? This was not a sandwich, there was no form to it. 'Drenched' doesn't even cover it. It was soup. I'll gladly reach out for a refund and give another item a try, but I highly suggest looking into how the beef sandwich is presented...

Im going to give this another go to give the benefit of the doubt because I love the other locations.
I picked up my pickup order earlier than it said it would be done which is great! The only problem is when I went to eat my food (ate in the car immediately after pickup), the fries were very soggy from being closed up in the box. The inside of the container was wet from condensation of hot fries being closed up in a ventless box. They still have good flavor so I know if this was fixed it would be awesome. Maybe just a few hole punches on the fry box would fix it? Not sure.
While the Italian beef was soggy on the bottom… they almost all are so no big deal there. Thought it was fantastic!

Read moreI have gone here a lot with my family. We always love the food. But this time was awful. My husband picked our food up and he got a salad. He poured it out onto a plate and there was a dead fly on it… He took the salad back and showed the cashier at the front. She said sorry. They made him something else. And then they said we’d get half of our ticket refunded within 48 hours. The refund never came. And I honestly felt after finding a DEAD FLY in our food the entire ticket would be refunded. I was understanding as long as the customer service would accommodate but I don’t think they did a good job and I don’t know if I’ll go back anymore. That bothers me since we loved going here so much.
