These people are SO RUDE!!!! Not only did they give me the incorrect order that made me sick because I DO NOT eat steak!!! I took a bite of the steak burrito and feel sick, they also weren’t willing to compensate for the fact that they messed up my order and I had to drive ALL THE WAY BACK HERE to get them to fix it. Right is right and wrong is wrong. The guy at the front told me his name was Chris but that he wasn’t the manager. He said the manager was at the store lol. I have spent hundreds of dollars here and to NOT COMPENSATE for a mistake that you all made is crazy!!! I will be escalating this because I know it’s a chain restaurant. There is no excuse to have such POOR customer service when people spend their hard earned money here! The guy at the front was extremely condescending l!! It’s a simple “we know WE messed up by giving you the wrong order and you had to drive back here , so here have the correct order and a refund/gift card to compensate your time!” This is simple in customer service. As someone who has worked in the industry for years this is unacceptable . The guy had on a black face mask and a short hair cut and is kind of tall. This guy is in no way cut out to deal with customers on a daily basis!!!!!! So now after getting the refund I still have to wait a few days for it to hit my account and I’m Walking away with no burrito! lol so I loose out … twice; and the business doesn’t care … AT ALL! Will not be returning and I will definitely be reaching out...

Firstly, after paying nearly $15 for some chicken fries and a drink, the girl gave me a cup to get a drink. I don't drink soda, so I asked for some Agua fresco. She told me that I have to pay for a separate drink because the meal only came with a fountain drink. So I got water.
First thing I noticed when my order was ready, was all of the unmelted cheese on the fries. No biggie! I closed the box for a minute then started eating. IMMEDIATELY, I knew something wasn't right with the chicken. It was chewy and luke warm. I grabbed some salt and pepper and attempted to eat just the fries. They were the thin cut fries and tasted freezer burnt.
After cutting into a few more pieces of uncooked chicken, I had enough, packed up and left. They cooked the chicken as fast as they put this place up. It was a Wendy's a few months...
Read moreI used to go to the downtown Oscar's all the time, so I was excited when a new location opened up closer to me. Unfortunately, this location isn't worth the time.
Their actual hours of operation seem to be completely random, and in no way match up with their posted hours. Additionally, their online ordering system is not turned off when they are closed! I have ordered online DURING THEIR POSTED OPEN HOURS only to arrive at the location to find it closed. When I returned to the location later in the day when they actually decided to open hours later, I found my now-cold takeout order waiting for me, and was assured by the staff that the posted hours of operation were in fact correct. Since then, I have tried to return to the restaurant to order a handful of times, only to find it closed during the window of posted hours.
If you can find the magical mystery time when this place is actually open, the food is good, but the hassle is not...
