Went back again. Bought expensive fajitas and literally almost no vegetables. Mentioned to the waiter and they tried to convince me there were vegetables until I showd them the box and they finally agreed. Is there no oversite on the food going out. We also got some fish dish that barely had any food with it. And the sides were tiny. Just shut this place down and get some good in its place.
Wow, this place has somehow gotten worse. We called to make an order and I believe the cook answered the phone and she was incredibly rude. We tried to order a somewhat specialized order with some minor adjustments and once we arrived we were charged all sorts of extra charges for now reason. We did not order extra food, whereas we just wanted specific items. And it appeared the employees did not know how to operate the computer so they just kept adding charges to our bill. I didn't have the patience to deal with it. And honestly I do not believe the employees were capable of fixing the issues in the computer. We were overcharged about $15 or so. The food was just so so. The nachos were not good at all. The queso tasted like some sort hummus. The queso tasted nothing like cheese. Just an awful experience. This is my opinion. I wish this place would close down. We need sushi in sylvan park. And whats up with the online ordering not working. Very frustrating.
I wish this place would close. Counter service is boring. We ate here recently and its just not our favorite. Sylvan Park needs a place with personality that people can spend time enjoying themselves. It is the same concept as Edleys. Rush people through and maximize profit. Both places need to go and put some fun relaxing restaurants in...

She went above and beyond to ensure we understood the menu, guiding us through the wide array of options with patience and expertise. We were lucky enough to visit during happy hour, where the margaritas were two for the price of one. Much like the food, these margaritas were crafted to order, allowing us to choose our preferred flavors and strength. Each sip was a refreshing delight, perfectly complementing the wonderful meal.
Pancho and Lefty’s isn’t just about the food and drinks; it's about the experience. The atmosphere is casual and laid-back, making it an ideal spot for any occasion. Whether you're celebrating a special event, enjoying a date night, or dining with family, this place has got you covered. Read moreAs a lifetime Nashvillian, I had heard of Pancho’s & Lefty’s, but never visited. I was very disappointed. I will say the venue is lovely. A fun patio for sporting events or gathering with friends. The servers were very sweet and eager to help. We started with the Bandera Trio, we subbed guacamole for Tomatillo salsa. The salsa was just ok. The queso was lumpy and not well blended. It was Barely room temperature. The home made chips were very good. I had a trio of tacos (steak, fried shrimp, sweet potato) all of their sauces seems overly sweet. The tortillas were incredible, the fillings were just ok. The best was the shrimp, my least favorite was the sweet potato. The margaritas were sickly sweet. Knowing we like a more tart and less sweet margarita, we for no agave, but all of the mixes are pre made and cannot be changed. I started with the Pina, then switched to the top shelf mad dog, which the server called a “skinny and non sweet” margarita, but it was just as syrupy. It’s worth your money and time to drive to East Nashville for Rosepepper. Pancho and Lefty’s felt unauthentic & over priced. We have had full meals at Hall’s ChopHouse with oysters, steak, and top shelf martinis, that cost us less than our cold tacos and margaritas did for lunch on a Thursday, at Pancho & Lefty’s. Staff was endearing and attentive. Manager was responsive to our complaint, offered to comp meal which we declined, we were happy to pay, but made note not to...
