Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I ordered on the app last night about 6:25pm and it states it would be ready at 6:51pm. I ordered a family size papa's favorite and the monkey bread. I arrived at the store about 6:54pm, walked in and looked at the racks they usually have their online orders waiting and there was nothing on them. I walked up to the register and gave the young lady my name, and they started making my pizza. I was upset that I ordered online, ahead of time, and still had to wait for them to make my pizza. I sat and waited and when she was almost done making the pizza, she said that the monkey bread was in the refrigerator near the register. I went to grab one and there were no more there. I turned and told her that and the young lady said they may not have any. Before I could say anything, another young lady said they should have some. She looked in the cabinet and pulled one out and asked me if I had one, I said, "Yes, that's what my order says." I then asked the young lady who made my pizza if they wait to make the pizzas until the customer comes in and I am not sure if she said no they don't or nothing at all. I took the food and left. Update: 9/8/23 Preston the assist manager has A dull attitude and didn't show no sympathy when he knew both of my Keto Bowl was drop and one of the bowls had A broken container piece inside of it....... The Only one was concern was another employee.... I want A refund!!!!! Preston never apologize to me, he was more concern of telling the next pickup customer to have A, Good Evening more than helping this loyal customer that travels to this location......... Let me tell you, this is the only location is Awesome in Nashville, TN. I have went to other locations and the atmosphere wasn't friendly and they are always out of everything due to poor management. This location is the Best along with the employees, they are very nice and friendly and they always keep everything instock along with answering their phones even though they made have multiple customers but they seen to know how to multitask very well. The best part of it all they are all young Queens & Kings that is very respectful and love their jobs😊😊😊😊😊. I don't have A, problem traveling to get A Awesome Customer Service!!!! Thank you for giving me good service all the time.... Btw I'm able to cut up and joke with all of them...

Well where as my location was closed for good I went to this location to get pizza for my grandson's birthday but when I got home and cooked it we didn't like it because it was hard to cut the dough looked like it was old had a smell and the toppings wasn't good like they were old as if it has been sitting for a while couldn't eat it threw it away never had this kind of problems at my location before it closed and the bad part of it is I drove an hour away to get something this bad and plus whom ever fixed it didn't wrap it up good I will not be going back to this one again and I had also gotten pizza for my grandson's birthday and it was the same way, I spent $40 for something this bad guess I'll be doing my local pizza place...
