EDIT 06.17.25: We spoke with the GM Richard and we agreed to get a redo on our order instead of a refund. I feel obliged to give an update because we appreciate that Richard did his best to make it right for us, but unfortunately the quality did not improve much. Pizza was still soggy, just not like any other pizza hut location I’ve ever gone to (for reference I go to the Donelson location frequently and they are ALWAYS consistent) but the cinnamon rolls were closer to cooked this time—still sticky dough in some places however. Upgrading to two stars because quality did improve slightly (cinnamon rolls were edible) and we appreciate the customer service. Richard also offered for us to call the store again if the order was not fixed last night, but with the 2nd order being roughly the same as before, we have kind of lost our faith in this pizza hut. At this point I would say maybe it’s just our tastes, but the first time we ate at this location it was the BEST, and the second time was so bad it caused me to start writing this review—I’ve left only 2 google reviews in my LIFE. So, I know this place is capable of meeting the standards of the company, but from our perspective it’s high-risk, high-reward. At this point we are accepting that we gave them a second chance and it’s just not it. If you like and trust this location, don’t let me sway you, but if you’re going here first time, you are rolling the dice. At the very least, best advice is DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION—you’re gonna want to be there to make sure it is cooked.
6.16.25 (Photos included) Ordered pizza and cinnamon rolls from this location online, automatically chose the nearest to me. Cinnamon rolls were actually NOT cooked—just icing on top of dough. Pizza was undercooked based on usual experience at Pizza Hut (being crispy and delicious compared to other pizza chains), the dough instead here was flimsy and soft. But after the cinnamon roll situation, all I can say is at least the pizza is edible :/ Would highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs. If you are ordering online and this is the closest one to you, choose ANY another pizza place. This location will give you the same quality as Domino’s for...
Read moreThis was the worst location imaginable! Horrible service. Pulled up to the window to pick my order a woman that was pulled up in front of us waiting pulled her car and reverse and shouted over us to the worker at the window. The window responded to her and didn't even acknowledge us. We clearly had ordered ahead and pulled up to pick up our order. So my boyfriend got of the car and tried to go inside to get our food while i waited in the drive threw. The doors were locked at 9pm location doesn't close until 11 and he was told to go back to the drive threw. After waiting to even be asked the name our order we finally recieved it and the equality was horrible. One of the pizza had so much sauce on it, it ran off in the box. The other pizza sauce in the middle of the pizza and nothing close to the edges. Our wings for the box we in an uncovered tray just throwed in the box. The cheese bread sticks weren't even cut. Worst service i have had at a pizza hut ever! Never will go back to...
Read moreWe live 3 blocks from our local store. The drive is about 1-5 minutes depending on traffic. The delivery time, from the time that the store sent the text saying that the order was "out for delivery" was more than 30 minutes. We asked the driver why it took so long, anticipating that perhaps he ran into some type of trouble. His only explanation was that they were understaffed. This is understandable, but that the driver was obviously given multiple orders, but chose to deliver to the closest place to the store (and an order that includes fries) last is not. Both the pizza and fries were cold by the time they got here, and it was apparently simply because of poor delivery planning. We were very disappointed tonight. Next time, please balance how you send orders out (an order can stay hot in the store better than in the bag), and give priority to orders which are closer to the store, and/or orders with items (like fries, since you serve them) which get...
