Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Will never go back! One if the worst of restaurants in Antioch. The staff doesnt know what they are serving. They tell at the cook's when they dont place the order and customers complain. Took us 45 minutes to get us our order and the cook walked out after the manager yelled at him in front if customers..... I said this a long time ago and waited til this last week to go back. Big mistake! I thought surely they would have a more competent crew. NOT! I ordered two number sevens with two chicken tenders added. Repeated the order to make sure. The drive thru was empty and very little cars in the parking lot. Yet was asked to pull forward to the front of the store to wait. 15 minuteslater, a guy, talking on his cell phone making a date with someone, wandered very slowly to my van. I tried asking him if there was dips in the bags, but he ignored me and wandered back in still on his cell phone. 25 minutes back home through rush hour traffic, I discovered that they still did not put the chicken fingers in the bag. I called and talked to a manager. She was really nice and said I could come in for new orders and I told her it might be a few days before I could come back. So after an emergency trip to KY, I finally made it back today. I told an employee what happened and told her what T. (The nice Mgr had said) She starts making my meals with no issue, THEN the Mgr on shift comes on the scene, being hostile from the get go. instead of telling me to come back when T. was there, she made a stink and tried calling T. Waiting patiently, me and my husband stood off to the side. She came back with an attitude, said that all we are getting was the chicken fingers despite what T. had said. Her attitude was what made me mad and I told her to keep the chicken cause her attitude as a manager is what makes their establishment garbage, year after year. And this time I will NOT...

Food is usually good. On my last visit l was given spicy chicken when I ordered mild. After calling the store for 20 minutes I finally got someone to answer the phone. While the manager did agree to replace my order he was slightly condescending and implied that he didn't believe me because the manager was packing orders that day and the managers don't make mistakes. He told me to be sure I had my receipt when I came in for my replacement or they would not be replacing the order. So my fault I should have checked the chicken before I left the store. Long story short food was good, service was no so good.

Update: Went back for my replacement meal and again was treated like a criminal. The people that work at this location have a serious attitude problem. Everyone I've ever encountered at this restaurant was rude. Customer service is nowhere on their radar. The food is not good enough to tolerate the downright nasty behavior of the people that work at this restaurant. My food was eventually replaced after arguing with the staff for a good 7 minutes before they even bother to go look to see if my name was written in a book. Which it was in fact. I even had my receipt with the manager who I spoke to originally name written on it as well and the date and time I spoke to him. I will not give Popeyes Louisiana kitchen another red cent of my hard-earned money....

Our FOOD was GOOD, TASTY, AND HOT, (TEMPERATURE-WISE), THAT IS!! 😁KAPRISHA TOOK OUR ORDER, & SERVICE was 'ACTUALLY' FAST, (CONSIDERING the FACT that WE WENT ON A FRIDAY EVENING)!! 😲👏🏾👏🏾 THE MASHED POTATOES were GOOD, (AS USUAL), AND SO WAS THE BISCUIT!

WE WERE 'ALSO' (VERY) PLEASED that WE RECEIVED: UTENSILS, NAPKINS, KETCHUP, HOT SAUCE, AND 'ALSO' HONEY, (BECAUSE SOME FAST FOOD PLACES FORGET that WE NEED ALL of THE AFOREMENTIONED things, IN ORDER TO HAVE a 'VERY' GOOD DINING EXPERIENCE)!! SO, WE APPRECIATE THAT (A LOT)!! 💯👏🏾👏🏾

I RECOMMEND 'THIS' POPEYE'S LOCATION, 👉🏾(UNLIKE the 'EXTREMELY' LOUD, 👉🏾UNPROFESSIONAL Popeyes, 👉🏾ON GALLATIN RD., 👉🏾GOING AWAY from TOWN)! 👉🏾THE FIRST POPEYE'S ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE, THAT IS! MY GODSISTER AND I BOTH ACTUALLY HAD A HEADACHE BECAUSE WE HAD NOT EATEN BY LUNCHTIME, AND WHEN WE WENT IN 👉🏾THAT Popeye's TO DINE IN, IT WAS ACTUALLY 'MUCH' WORSE, (BECAUSE THEY WERE 'SO' INCREDIBLY LOUD), INCLUDING the SUPERVISOR!! 😲😲 THEY 'WERE' (ACTUALLY) 'SO-O-O' LOUD, THAT WE HAD to GET UP AND LEAVE!! 🤕🤕👉🏾💯☹️☹️ SO, 👉🏾THANKS, AGAIN, KAPRISHA, AND the POPEYES crew, 👉🏾(ON NOLENSVILLE RD., 👉🏾ACROSS from THE WALMART @ 4040 NOLENSVILLE RD.), THAT IS!;👏🏾👏🏾 👉🏾 LORD WILLING, WE 'WILL'...
