Shake Shack — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I simply wanted a delectable burger before my flight, having just arrived from buffalo new york, i think to myself (foolishly) that 30 minutes is plenty of time to get fast food, especially considering that i was only set out to order one burger, a bit of fries and a diet coke without ice. i find myself 30 minutes later, burgerless, friless, drinkless and disappointed. i collect my meal, after nearly just leaving it there, to find a burger not terrible i’ll admit, but not worth what i paid nearly and quite honestly dissapointing, the fries, not as good as they should be but the better part of the meal, and a regular coke full of ice. only if you hate your taste buds and do not value your time should you come to this location, shutting it down would be a public service. perchance a mcdonald’s would not be as delicious as some may find this shack of abominations, but at least it wouldn’t make travelers late to...

Went here to get lunch to just put something in mh stomach because we have been busy all day. I asked the cashier if I could have my drink while I waited on my food; she went to grab it for me; the person making the drinks then yelled loudly “she’s gonna have to wait like everybody else” , this is not good customer service especially when people are having to wait up to 30-40mins for their food to cook AFTER it’s already been paid for.

Especially because I asked if it was possible before I ordered my food.

The cashier was polite but definitely won’t be eating here again. I’ve been here other times and they have purposely waited and served people before me so much so that my name on the screen would be blinking red and I’ve had people ask me what was my order. This is not okay. My advice to ANYONE looking to get food here. Save your money and your time & eat at one of the other...

Worst food I’ve had thus far at an airport (anywhere). Wishing I had taken a picture of my, what should have been a double bacon cheese burger with fries and a shake. I’ve never eaten a hamburger patty that was paper thin and crunchy all the way through. Paid for double meat and bacon, to which the bacon and the second patty was missing. As displeased as I was with the appearance, I was gonna try to eat it because I spent my money and didn’t have enough time to go back. However, after taking one bite, I realized that I would just have to take a loss because it was horrible. Hideous to be more specific. This was my first experience with a Shake Shack burger and of course, my last. To top off everything, I couldn’t even find a telephone number to call and talk with management about the situation.
