Order dinner there last night order 12pc tender meal & 4pc tender combo, was told there'd be a 15min wait for tenders so I pulled up. Now at 40mins a guy brings out two boxes of food to two other car that pulled up after I did, I ask the guy what was going on he reply chicken takes a while to cook. I got out of my car to go in was stand in front of the guy and manager neither ask me if they could help, she handed him a box of food and he took it outside no one help me, so I walked out the guy was going from car to car with my food, I took the food and left, I live in franklin got home it was the wrong food it was a 12pc regular chicken instead of tenders it was over cooked the 4pc was fine. I called the restaurant to talk about it and possibly get a refund the manager told me I had to bring the food back, so I would have travel back after spending 40mins in a drive Thru. And a 15min drive home she said that was there policy, we ate what was ateable and threw the rest out. I don't complain normally I spent $38.00 on a meal that wrong and took to long to get. Read moreThe food was great! I wish the chicken would have been a little more hot temperature wise. The service needs some improvements. I ordered a family meal and a couple of extra things, and when I pulled up to the window the guy told me it was 8 minutes for the rice at 4 pm. He even asked me again if I wanted to wait for the rice. I said yeah I'm going to pull around to the front and wait. Needless to say at 4:37 I finally got my food. Of course, I was driving down the road and something told me to check it. They didn't even put my coleslaw in the bag. Now I wouldn't have cared one bit if I hadn't sat in the parking spot and waited 37 minutes. They had plenty of time to check the meal 37 times, but it is what it is. Customer service just isn't the same anymore, and probably never will be. Advice to people who work in the restaurant business you could make much more if you check the guest orders! Ticket times matter 100 percent because if I had not waited that long or you walked out to the vehicle and said something about it taking a little longer you would have...

She appeared confused and acted as if this was perfectly normal , while contining on with a series of excuses refusing to take ownership of the issue . I patiently explained to them that I had had a stressful afternoon and just needed to eat while kindly begging for their help , finally sitting down to calm down after becoming very frustrated at their complete lack of concern . Finally I asked for the manager , who simply continued on in the exact same manner as the cashier, trying to say it was the tax after I again clearly patiently explained how it was not being in print right there , in other words lying directly to my face . At this point I became beyond insulted, as it was only 30 cents, and carried out some very bad public verbal behavior , for which I am honesty very sorry . I did not enjoy this experience .
