Okay so literally no exaggeration, I come to this Sonic every single morning, it's in my daily routine and I come around the same time every single day and I've been doing this for almost a year if not over a year and at first it was decent and all I order is a large iced coffee with vanilla and caramel and a jr. Breakfast burrito, a lot of times I don't even get the burrito, I just get the drink but here in the past like 5 or 6 months literally every time I get the coffee it has no flavor in it whatsoever it taste like water down coffee that has ice in it and literally if I get the jr. Breakfast burrito it is wrapped up in the foil and when I unwrap it it is like they didn't even try to wrap the burrito they just threw it in the wrap and wrapped it all together and literally every time I take the burrito out of the bag it burns my hands making me think that this food has been cold and they just put it all together and throw it in the microwave for a couple minutes to get it steaming hot. Now I used to work in fast food so I know how it works and whatever they're doing at this location is not working out good, it is very unsatisfying every time I go and I really wish there was somewhere else close to me or on my route that I could go instead of this place. I am actually thinking about going out of my way to go to a different sonic so I can see how that experience will go which I'm sure it'll be a whole lot better than what I've been experiencing at this location also I only ordered these two small things today and it literally took them 15 minutes to take my order and to bring it to me, so yes I am very upset and they are lucky I even gave them two stars. I really wish there was an option for zero stars because I keep giving this location chance after chance after chance and they keep failing me and I must be an idiot to keep going back but I like to have faith in people and maybe think that they just were having an off-day occasionally but this can't be the case on an everyday basis therefore I am really considering never going back to this location again unless maybe they get...
Read moreThe worst experience I have ever had! This was my first time eating at Sonic. It was also my last. I wish I could give 0. STARS! When our order arrived, we were missing a drink. While she went to get the drink, we checked the rest of the order. I ordered the chicken finger meal. First I noticed that my chicken fingers looked like they'd been sitting for at least 5 days on the counter. If you've ever had steak fingers, they're a dark brown,. That's exactly what they looked like. As I continued, I realized that they'd given me ONE onion ring! ONE! Not two, ONE! I thought I was being punked. When she came to bring our drink, we sent my food back. The waitress seemed annoyed with our request. As she was gone to do that we checked the rest of our food. It's 5 of us. There was a double cheeseburger missing! When our waitress returned, it was a different person, so I guess our original waitress, or whatever sonic calls them really was annoyed with us. Anyway, we proceeded to let the person know that we are also missing a burger. She left and we sat in the car waiting for at least 15 minutes or so and no one ever came back with our burger. My husband was concerned that this was exactly the kind of place that spits in your food or rubs it in the floor. It was his burger that we were waiting on, so he decided at that point, he didn't want it. I understood. We then had to go to McDonald's to get him something to eat. I have NEVER in all my 46 years EVER had such an experience! We called corporate and they wanted to send us coupons to make up for this. Read moreI waited until I calmed down to write this review. Tonight I ordered a chili cheese coney which automatically comes with chili and cheese hence the name. I added onion and mustard an order of cheese sticks, and a cherry lime-aid. I ordered and paid for it online because this store always takes forever to take your order and to get your food. My boyfriend picked it up (Friday around 5:10pm 9-3) well it had more musturd than chili on the hotdog, I mean at least 2 tablespoons of mustard and hardly any chili and the onions tasted funny, the rest of the order was o.k. I called asked for manager, I proceeded to tell him what was wrong and he said oh you ordered the all American dog, no I ordered a chili cheese coney that came with hardly any chili, too much mustard. But wait, here's the kicker he knew exactly what order I was talking about, he knew it was wrong and sent it out anyway . He said well I got a lot of Hispanics working here and you know they don't understand English (WTH), he said I can replace the order. After the shock wore off, I declined, they seem like the type to mess with your food if you complain. So nope, no thank you. I will not go back to that store, not today or ever.
