Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I went to sonic 9 minutes before 11 this happened three times the other day it was 15 minutes before 11 which is 1045pm and they tell you they’re closed in tonight they got even worse I was I got there exactly 10 minutes before time I push the button it was eight minutes before and she said they were closed so one lady was outside sweeping I ask her if she can give me a managers name she was very rude and Confrontational told her I was going to call the corporate she said the The F bomb very loud and clear which is my kid was in the car she’s nine years old who went to sonic after we got off work word and start yelling and screaming This is absolutely ridiculous in mind blowing that the management allows employees to act like that and talk like that I do not understand what happened to sonic all American food When people order food they usually hungry no one deserves to be cussed The operation hours is to 11 PM not 1045pm or 1050 I hope the management team will take action they should know that employee is she was sweeping on a sign from one of the restaurants as a restaurant owner in the community I’m sure they can figure out who was they can see it in the camera Thank you for Great bad night Sonic in Harding Place Nashville Tennessee Be careful around the employees because they will cuss at you in charge you are probably trying to even fight you and if you see anything...

Have never gotten what I actually ordered from this location and it sucks because I work right next to it and thought this was a perk to run over and grab a rt44 drink really quickly all the time. Last visit I came to just grab a lemonade because it was a hot day out and I wanted something refreshing. Ended up getting a combo also, but they literally gave me a sprite and put a lemon in it ??🤣 Just now I got food elsewhere bc the food is pretty rough, came just for a cherry vanilla Dr Pepper and took a big sip my first sip, ended up being only cherry concentrate. Was putrid, thick and got me nauseous. Had to open the door and spit it out of my car, there was no way to consume that product. This is just wild to me that I can’t even come here just for a drink? Brought back and they were able to exchange for a water so I could wash my mouth out. But wasted most of my lunch on a drink I didn’t even get lol. Worst experience ever. I will not return to the location located at 398 Harding in Nashville. Pressed red button and patiently waited 15 minutes to place my order. The screen message stated someone will take my order shortly. After the 15 minutes of waiting I went to the entrance and asked if something was wrong with #16. The person said I don’t know & then went inside & came out to take my order. I said no thanks and asked for corporate’s number. The number she gave me was wrong. I Googled Sonic & found the correct number. No empathy, no nothing. When I asked for the manager he leaned out the door & asked what the issue was & I told him about #16. His reply was that he knew #16 didn’t work when the last customer sitting there told him a few mins ago but he didn’t have a cone to put there.
