Starbucks — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I frequent this location and would normally rate 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience was not great today. They did not have their app updated as to what is in stock and also did not have options to make a skinny caramel macchiato. Also, their breakfast equipment was down. Ok, so I ordered with a lovely young lady standing by the drive through menu instead of the app. They did not have most of the breakfast options I requested. So I completed my order and drove around. The lady at the window was not polite at all. Then when I asked for a drink holder for my multiple drinks. When she provided it, it was wet and soggy. Would not hold my drinks. I mentioned it to her and she did not replace it, just walked away. I asked for some straws and she did not even acknowledge that I spoke to her and then brought me straws, with attitude like I was inconveniencing her. Maybe she was having a bad day, but this is not an excuse when you are in a customer...

They have millions of combinations of coffees and chi tea frozen iced hot cold brew anything you can think of they can do and it had been my favorite stop for years even my teens love it. There are so many locations that there is always one to stop in at. They have pastries and small bars to add to your order. Their rice Crispie bars ARE ABSOLUTELY MY FAVORITE AND THEY ARE HUGE MAYBE 5 INCHES SQUARE? OK MAYBE 4 BUT THEY ARE GIANT. I BELIEVE I HAVE SEEN SPECIAL DIFFERENT KINDS OF SNACK BARS. MY FAVORITE THING TO DO AT THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS IS TO GET GIFT CARDS FOR MY Family and friends and even vi workers. They are always well received and loved and the cards are very pretty and very festive for each holiday. My kids love it and you don't have to worry about color size or if they already have it lol. Went last week to order the guava passionfruit drink. I got a green tea with splashed of guava and passionfruit. Ok. I'll give it a try I thought. Not good. Then today, I went by and ordered the same thing. I was so excited when I saw my drink. It looked right this time. When I tasted however, it was gross. It didn't have the pineapple juice nor the guava. It was coconut water with some passionfruit flavoring, which means it's just really coconut water. If you're out of certain ingredients, just say so. It's understandable. If you just don't know how to make the drinks, then ask or be moved out of that spot. Twice I've wasted my money there.
