Little Caesars — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I placed an order today through DoorDash around 7:30 pm. 10 mins later I received a notification saying my dasher was picking up my order, 40 mins later my dasher left the restaurant because the order was not ready for pick up. I received another notification saying my order is running late. So I then got in my car to drive to the store and see what’s going on. I got a call from the new dasher on the way to the store saying that my order was already picked up by the previous dasher. I arrived at the store minutes later. I stood for nearly 15 mins while one of the workers made eye contact with me and I told him I never received my order he asked my name and I told him. He told me after my order was never even made because they couldn’t make the crazy puffs the entire day. So I said to him why wouldn’t you instruct the driver that it was never even started on because he waited a whole 40 mins. My order was placed and never even started or canceled so that I could place another order else where and feed my family. This was very unprofessional as well as incompetent workers at the time. I wanted to order two cheese pizzas from this store. When I first entered, the cashier was wearing earbuds in both ears. I tried to speak as loudly as possible so he could hear me.

When my order was ready, I took the receipt back to him and left the store with two pizzas—without realizing that one was pepperoni and the other was a poorly made “cheese” pizza (if it really was cheese at all).

When I checked the pizzas in my car, I was very disappointed by the mistake and the time I had wasted. I went back and told them I didn’t want a pepperoni pizza or the other one that barely looked like pizza. They told me I would have to wait 10 minutes for a replacement. I ended up waiting more than 20 minutes just to get one pizza, which I attached a picture of in this review.

When I asked for my money back for the other pizza, the cashier called the manager. The manager looked at me as if it was my fault. Even when he gave me the refund, he looked at me like I was begging for my own money back.

I would only recommend this restaurant to someone who wants to waste their time and feel...

My friend and I wanted to get some cheesy bread. We got there at 09:50 and didn’t realize they closed at 10:00. We got to the door, and it was locked. Totally fine, but we wanted to make sure with the lady we could see through the door that it was correct because the one we just tried before here (they had computer problems) said 10:30. SHE COMPLETELY IGNORED US, pointedly. We just wanted to know! We weren’t being rude. She could see us. We knocked. We yelled to get her attention. But she ignored us completely! I’m baffled by the lack of human decency to give us an answer we obviously were asking. This LC is rude and will not be getting anymore business from me or my friends. We’ve used them before, but I will take my money elsewhere to someone who actually cares for...
