I'm sure lots of people had an awful time yesterday with the power outage in the nolensville area. I placed a late night order because that was the only Pizza Hut that was able to take an order. I pick it up only to find the worst under cooked meal in the by this location. We all got sick to our stomach eating the first pizza we left the other one untouched as well as the raw chicken wings. Today I spoke to some manager named Hia who was rude on the phone but told me to come by with whatever else was left over. I took all that was left and he continued to argue that it wasn't undercooked and that the pizza is perfect. He went on to say that there is over 7000 pizzas made daily and that it's impossible to mess up one. I've worked in fine dining as manager and cook throughout the United States but this was just outright rude and audacious. He kept defending evidence that was right there in front of his eyes. Then, he added that he could only refund me what was returned and not what was eaten. Well great, let me have the runs and throw up the rest that's hurting my stomach and I'll come back. DO NOT GO TO THIS place unless you want the runs. There is plenty other good and quality pizza places that own up to their mistakes and don't feed you crap statements in order to make you look wrong. CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT is something this manager and his employees completely missed when it comes down to hospitality. Clearly why this place has almost 2 star rating. Read more2 stars only because 1 star is reserved for food that causes illness. Next time I’m in the mood for room temperature pizza, wings, and a cookie desert….I’ll just do it myself. I called the store and got to a manager who had a pretty poor attitude. He asked for my phone and I provided - he couldn’t find my order, he said. He kept repeating the same words while I was providing my order number - surprise, he couldn’t find that either. Finally the total dollar amount of my order was the verification he needed…I guess. Now I’m waiting for a re-delivery… I don’t think I’m in the mood for pizza trash at this point. Going back to Jets pizza. If they hadn’t been closed early for the holiday I would have ordered there first anyway.
Update: I received the redelivery… nice and hot this time and the driver was polite… not not one of the boxes we’re sealed and he wasn’t wearing a mask. Threw it all...
Read moreWe pulled up to the drive thru mic and and the lady asked us if we were picking up an order we said NO we need to put in an order. She said please drive to the window. We were like what we never put an order in she said okay pull to the window I will get you here. We pulled up and she said what’s your name for pick up. we were like what? We had to put our order in and then come back 8-10 mins later. Then we told her to split the checkcards and she said "Whoops, sorry cause she ran them together and handed me the reciept to sign like it was no big deal. I checked my bank statment the next day to only find out I have pending charge of $687. Yep have proof of this.
She also mentioned they were out of lids. So I had to drive with no lid carefully home so I would not spill it all over myself. Worst service ever. Now I get this Pending...
