Refused to serve me because I ordered the drink wrong?
Me: may i have a hot, grande, pumpkin chai latte. Server: I’m sorry sir we only serve that drink cold Me: oh, I’ve ordered it before? Server: yes we can make it but it’s not a button I push Me: I am not sure how you make it, I’ve just had the drink before? Server: oh we can make it but it won’t have the cold foam. Me: idk how you guys make it, I’ve just ordered the drink here before. Server: sir we cannot serve you anymore
Sad place. Guy at the window looked very greasy and dirty. I thought of other ways to describe him, but this would fit best. (You’d know exactly who I’m talking about if you go here daily) guy was combating against me because i ordered a custom drink? Management also took his side. By the time I got to the window, I was not in the most pleasant of moods, I had to wait for 5 cars to get their coffee made, before I could even pull out of line. Was told I could not be served in a drive thru. So I was stuck in line, and was otw to work, horrible experience. I finally get to the window, hoping the guy was going to apologize or something, IDEK. He then continues to say how me as a customer is in the wrong for ordering the drink wrong? MIND YOU, IVE ORDERED THIS SAME DRINK BEFORE. Many times.
This is the east Nashville location, not the one located in the Kroger shopping center but beside the pet store. Terrible, customer service. Very rude.
Edit: I do not want to tell you how you can “improve” that will not change a thing. I do not want free merchandise or drinks. Read moreI placed an order for 3 venti regular coffee at this store with cream and sugar through DoorDash and they didn’t get my order right. I believe that they intentionally did it wrong! I got 2 black venti instead, and I drink my coffee with cream and sugar. I tried calling the store to fix it, but they refused to fix their mistake. Starbucks has always been my go-to for coffee and this really bad costumer service and bad deed are really very disappointing!!!The manager was said to be not available, but I refused to believe that. The toll number too wasn’t helpful, and she tried to tell me talk to DoorDash instead. I was asking for a refund, but they instead told me to drive to the store and have it fixed. I am just a sojourner here in Nashville, so I don’t have a car. I was aghast by their terrible attitude towards me. I found this store is very. very rude, the manager refused to make amends to their employee’s mistakes, and it is not a sign of a good costumer service I always get somewhere else! Read moreThe only coffee shop thats open after 6pm in my area. I drive by and get coffee everytime I have to work night shift and tbh its usually a hit and miss. i love SB and Caramel Macchiato with whip cream on top is my usual but it tastes different everyday. Also, they have forgotten the extra cream in several occasion. So they would put the cream on a cup and let you pour it on the hot coffee thats already up to the brim and hell if it spills. Right? Anyway I asked for a new one and they kindly made me a new one and I got to keep the other coffee. So Thankyou for the extra coffee. Eventually, I fell in love with their new Iced Shaken Espresso. I ordered it two days in a row and they were perfect but on the third day it was unusually more bitter. So this review is for the usual hit and miss of their recipe I personally experienced but I love their cheese danish and I need coffee before work. So I would just pray they get it right the next time I drive thru and make sure to sip on that coffee before leaving. The bright side to all these though is that most staff are pleasant and friendly.
