The Urban Juicer — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

The lady at the front was not friendly. I got there at 11:03 and ordered a breakfast sandwich. She said they don’t serve breakfast after 11am and she said she didn’t know why it was on the screen still. Then I ordered a wrap that was supposed to have a quinoa salad as a side. I got the wrap but no salad. I told her I don’t think I got my salad. She went to the back and came back out and said “sorry we’re all out of quinoa salad.” Then she just stared at me. I said is there anything else I can substitute? Because I had paid the full amount that’s supposed to have a salad. She said I can give you some fruit. I said what do you have? She told me and I told her what I wanted then she went and cut up the fruit. The whole experience took way longer than it should have. The lady that was helping me was offering zero options and I felt like she couldn’t care less about my experience....

Honestly I really enjoy the food. It might be a little pricey, but most juice spots are that way. My issue is the inconsistency of Uber eats availability. I usually don’t mind it, but I’m stuck at home with Covid today. I ordered a juice + shot. Also, the hours on their Uber profile mentioned they were open til 5:30pm. I was told that the order was in progress, and set to be delivered by 11:50am. When I checked the progress around that time, I was told that my order had been cancelled by the restaurant. Now they don’t even show up as an option, so I had to order from another location who apparently is more happy to take my business. Super inconvenient experience.

I just like to say a big thank you to this Urban juicer I had a chicken wrap that was just amazing! 😋😍 The service was great, Sheri was such a wonderful waitress, remembering my name made it personable, serving my food in a timely manner made this experience exceptional. Thank you Sheri and Merry Christmas! Because of this waitress I will be coming back and bringing my friends. I would recommend this location over all the other ones even if I have to drive out of the way because the service far surpasses bars/restaurants all over Nashville. The UJ super Chicken wrap is huge and plenty to fill me up in fact I could probably eat it for lunch and dinner. Bon...
