Subway — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I am updating my review as it was 2 years ago since my last. Previously it was 5 stars, but now I am giving 1. For a long time this was a place I go for my salad. But after what happened I can't trust eating here. There is new staff that recently replaced the young ladies that were working here. The men are friendly but what turn my stomach was that the guy making my salad sneezed in mid air over exposed food. Didn't attempt to cover his mouth or anything. I was immediately disgusted and told him I did not want my salad and just purchased my chips. Now that they are working there, I can not trust eating there. He also did not wear gloves which is something else I did not like. The young black girl ALWAYS wore gloves. I don't know if she quit or was fired but I know that with these new guys I am not eating there. If he did that in front of me, there is no telling what is done when no one is around....

Very disappointed with my last order. I ordered through Postmates. The sandwich was very messy and made it so hard to eat. It was also so bland because they left out numerous additives. It was missing cheese, oil blend, bell peppers, mayo, salt and pepper and oregano and was not toasted as requested. Missing that many requested ingredients is not just a mistake. That's pure laziness and carelessness. It baffles me that someone could purposely ruin an order because the customer is not present and instead used a delivery service. They were also out of all bread except for wheat. The bread was so bland and hard that it literally gave me a headache after eating it. It probably wouldn't have been as bad if it was toasted as requested. I was really looking forward to a nice yummy sandwich, but instead I got $10 bland sandwich and a headache. My order was placed around 8:20 PM...

This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to in my life. First, no matter what time of day you go, they’re consistently out of 90 percent of breads, ingredients and even cookies. I can only imagine that it’s sheer laziness of employees but management allowing this is ridiculous. After this evening, I was so annoyed after receiving an ice cold and incorrect order from them (ordered a ft long steak and a dozen chocolate chip and received 6 broken, burnt raspberry cookies and a 6 in chicken) that I drove up there because it’s 3 minutes from my house and was greeted with an employee who was very rude and informed me that they were out of everything.
