Subway — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Every single time we go into this store the owner is so rude, from being stingy with the toppings, you have to literally beg for toppings he will put 3 slices of onion 5 black olives 3 bell peppers then gets angry when you ask for more after all it is a $10 sandwich, he also cheats you on the meat I ordered extra meat for my sandwich this morning and he did not put all the meat on the sandwich he actually cheats the customers if you haven’t worked there before you wouldn’t know that a foot long turkey is 8 slices not the 6 he puts on there, to his tone of voice always rushing you it’s ridiculous this morning he took my sandwich and threw it in the trash because my husband asked him to watch his time and stop rushing us, he did not know we were in the line together because I came in after him we love Subway but not how this owner talks to his customers daily. He treats us like he doing us a favor by spending our money there, the lunch crew is great and the night crew because it’s more people an he doesn’t have to be the one to fix the sandwich other then that rude rude rude all...

This Subway is not appropriate for subs, the subs are not made properly, they try to rush you through your selections so you really dont get what you want, the sub sizes have decreased the bread is smaller and the prices are high. The employees stand around on the phone then when you come in to order they rush you through the process so they can go and get back on their phone, the clerks have a bad attitude which makes you dont want anything out of there....Now if you want a good Subway sub with courteous employees and great sandwiches go to the Nolensville...

Very rude from top to bottom. Felt as if I wasn't welcome from the moment I walked through the door as I was being mean mugged the entire time. Maybe it's because of the area this location is situated in, but that still isn't an excuse for poor customer service. Sandwich maker was very short with and also barely put any meat cheese or veggies on my foot long. I had to repeatedly ask for better portions. Just unprofessional all in all.

Then i notice Mr. Patel commenting positive things but then again i guess you have too when you're the owner...
