I hate to be that person..but dang this was so disappointing.. grounds in the cold brew and whoever roasts their beans burn the crap out of them.. its not good. It doesn't taste like the cold brew is getting cut with water either like it should be, not sure if that was an oversight with this batch or what but that's something to keep in mind especially if you're sensitive to caffeine like I am or don't like your coffee super strong. UPDATE: I'm actually concerned they gave me an Americano instead without checking in with me. They don't have a way to contact them either to be sure..but I cannot have espresso and I'm having complications as though I have..I can handle multiple cold brews in a day just fine, something is not right with whatever they served me... I paid extra for flavor and milk to treat myself and there's hardly a splash of milk and no flavor. The take away cups are cute though and reusable which I admire but I'd rather just have decent drinkable coffee for what I paid. This place is adorable. I am house sitting in the neighborhood and looked for a local spot to grab a coffee. I went to check out menu & vibes. At 3 pm she was very busy. I said I will be back and she replied so sweetly, yea absolutely thank you and that she would see me soon. Refreshing to have such lovely customer service. I’m excited to grab a coffee in the AM & will report back. **Update…Croissant was fabulous. Coffee was super acidic. Was not a fan. Also, they serve in plastic non compostable cups and plastic straws. Even tho they have wonderful customer service I’m making choices to dine at more eco friendly shops. Went on Sunday April 13th 10 and and there was a worker with glasses and a hat and I ask him if my pickup order was ready and with attitude he said we’re working on it. Then 10 mins later I saw a girl worker get asked by others about their order and she gave it to them and I asked her about mines and the male worker again cut her off and said we’re working on it then I look back at her and she checks the table and sees my order. So my order was ready the whole time I arrived but for some reason the worker with the glasses and hat lied to me or refused to look to see if my order was ready. Not cool at all .
