I have never been so humiliated in my life! I was delivering for uber eats yesterday. Now, Tower Market has always been my favorite place to eat & pick up...everyone is familiar & friendly. Well, yesterday, there was a lady at the counter whom I may have only seen once before & she was extremely busy. So, when I came in, I went to where all delivery drivers stand & waited patiently. I was in no rush because I prepared for the black Friday madness. Well, after about 7-8 minutes or so, a young man came in who was also delivering, walked up to the counter and asked for the customer's order. She said "Its not ready yet," & continued helping other patrons. I decided to say something as well because I previously did not. I stated politely, "Excuse me, I'm sorry u may have not seen me but I've been waiting awhile as well, but I have two orders", she went BALLISTIC! "YOU BLACK DRIVERS ARE THE WORSE! YALL DO TOO MUCH!" Taken aback, I responded "Excuse u? I didn't mean any harm, I know u were busy..." she cut me off "u got eyes & u can't see that i am busy...whats the name...WHATS THE NAME!" Customers began to intervene, telling her to show some respect & chill. I walked away to get the manager & notify him. He smiled & stated he will talk to her. I went back & she had threw one of the bags on the counter. I said "ma'am I had two orders" she began to scream "I swear I will throw this at u if u don't leave now!" Her coworkers began asking her to calm down & some customers began leaving. I eventually got the orders, rushed out, went to my car, & cried. I did not understand what warranted such hostile behavior. I then, notified uber support. I pray I never have to pick up another order from...
Read moreI have been a loyal Tower customer for three years. I have never been disappointed by their breakfast burrito and tower burrito. Today, however, I ordered the popular Turkey Avocado sandwich. I noticed an extremely foul taste when I started eating it. I opened up the sandwich and the avocado was completely grey, as if it had been sitting out for days. There is no way this sandwich was made today as anyone with two eyes would see that this sandwich was completely inedible, oozing colors that no sane person would consume. They clearly premade this sandwich with an expectation that several people would be ordering this item throughout the week. I’m gagging thinking about it. Additionally, I added banana peppers to the order, and there weren’t banana peppers in the sandwich. This makes me even more confident that this sandwich was constructed a week ago. Unfortunately, I don’t have the stomach to continue ordering from here. And I’m really sad about it. (Also, one time I went in and there were literal 8 year olds restocking the shelves and checking people out… I don’t know the story behind it, but definitely didn’t...

Well, apparently Tower has hired a number of young workers. CUDDLES!!! HOWEVER, Tower proprietors, these new worker dropped the baton. I can't count how many times I've been to Tower, but this time, my order got mangled. (1)cashier not trained properly. She had no idea of how to ring the order or price the deli. (2)another moving from prep area,to order area,and then to the cash register. USING THE SAME GLOVES! (3)ONLY TWO PEOPLE WORE A MASK!! (4)IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH, THEY TRIED TO START MY FRENCH FRIES, AFTER EVERYTHING ESLE WAS READY. (5) and if that was bad enough, TOWER'S NEW CREW DID NOT PREPARE MY SANDWICH RIGHT, NEITHER DID I GET MY FRIES. THE CASHIERS DID EVEN HAVE KNOWLEDGE TO REFUND 2 DOLLARS FOR THE FRENCH FRIES. TOWER, TODAY, YOU DROPPED THE BALL. TRAIN THE FOLK, YOUR PLACE IS TO GOOD, FOR ME NOT TO COME BACK, and I will. I drive out my way to eat that EXOTIC FOOD! You're the best IN NASHVILLE STILL GOT...
