LISTEN…… When i came to this small independent trailer business, I was expecting the typical tastes of Nashville. Bland, non-seasoned, clearly-canned peach/fruit fillings which were going to be topped with some crust tasting of unseasoned flour.

BUT MY GOD THAT WAS GOOD!!!! The peach cobbler can only be described as UNIQUELY delicious, as it incorporated a buttery flavor packed soft biscuit which enhanced the favor of the peaches nestled underneath this masterpiece. With one bite… I know this bowl was about to be clean out with joy!

Then I got the pineapple cobbler, which again is a unique treasure thankfully located with the heart of one of Nashville’s bohemian districts! The pineapple dish was a perfect marriage between a cobbler and pineapple upside-down cake, which paired with a simple whipped cream took my whole experience to new heights.

The store has a motto: “There’s nothing a good cobbler can’t fix” and by God, if you’re having a bad day, or if you’re looking for the icing on the cake to make a truly perfect day, you need to RUN here and get you this cobbler!!!!!

I got the apple cobbler with ice cream and a hot chocolate! The cobbler was delicious! The crust had the perfect amount of crisp. The ice cream on top was perfect! It’s something about that combination of hot cobbler and cold ice cream together in the same bite that just melts in your mouth. After the $10 offline discount, my total only came out to $1.09. Stopped by late Saturday evening around 7 something trying to make sure I made it before they closed. I pull up and had my mind set on the peach cobbler only to be told they ran out of it along with the apple. So I asked for suggestions and was recommended to try the blueberry lemon and I must say, it didn't disappoint. Thank you, to the nice lady that took my order and made the suggestion! It was warm with just the right crunchy crust and soft, sweet center and the vanilla ice cream on top made it the PERFECT dessert. I'll definitely be back because I must try...
