I have ate at the other location in Bellvue, however thr Antioch location was not great.
First time I purchased from there the service was horrible. I just purchased food a few days ago and the service was mediocre.
Food took too long for having to be the one person to order.
Then I got sick from the food and when I came back talk to the manager. First I asked if I could speak with the manager and she said āyou can speak with meā however she didnāt sound too confident to be the manager so I did question if she was the manager and proceeded to say yes with hesitation. I expressed to her I donāt know what may have happen but I had been sick after the food I ate that evening. She began to question me in a very deceiving way like I was lying when I stated I had been vomiting the past two days since I had ate this locationās food.
She stepped in the back and spoke to someone on the phone, assuming the store manager. Came back to me and said āweāll refund you but none of our food is expired to get you sick but were sorry that happenā and I said to her I never started the food was expired. The problem is, I was sick from eating your food, no matter the reason. I have worked in the food industry so I know things happen. However she was rude and not accepting of the issue. I had to show some lady here that you can in fact redeem 350 points online for a free cookie for pick up regardless what she THINKS. She implied when I mentioned it that she was doing me a favor by just giving me a "free" cookie. So I walked back to my car showed her the mobile order and it aligned with the receipt. We spent $20+ on food so idk why she think we would cheap out on a $1 cookie. I don't go back and forth often when I'm right but when my integrity is questioned over a simple cookie then I'm looking at your establishment sides ways. It's 2024 technology can do alot.
