Edit: Terry reached out to me to make things right very appreciative of that. Jeremiah handled the return quickly and was friendly about it. It was not a problem that the item did not have its tags after all. I had my receipt and thats all I should need. A word to the other managers at this store that turned me away the first time - you'd be surprised how many customers walk into your store with more retail experience than you and know the world of customer service.
