Red Bicycle Coffee Century Farms — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND COME HERE, PLEASE TAKE THESE REVIEWS SERIOUSLY. I was excited to try this location as I recently moved near it, and read the awful reviews but decided to put them aside and try it out regardless. My mom and I along with 2 others arrived around 9:30am, as they opened then according to Google and their storefront window. There was no one in there, doors were locked- they weren’t open. Around 9:55am and I’d assume the manager, finally walked up to the door and said they don’t open at 9:30, they open at 10:30am. The 2 people with us countered her with Google and their window says 9:30 and her response was, “They change our hours all the time, it’s 10:30”. No apology, and could not care less; it was baffling. The girl had lavender tinted hair in pigtails, glasses, with a cardigan and jeans on. To the owner- this is not the first time someone has left a review about her specifically and how rude your staff is in general. I hope you address these concerns with her and the rest of them as I am not the only one who has a bad encounter with them. I’m sorry that Tanger has been difficult for you guys regarding things like your hours and Wifi, but this location won’t last if these changes aren’t communicated with your costumers. I wish this location the best, but you lost 4 costumers today. Please, take these reviews seriously- I hope they provide you feedback on how to improve this location...

I stopped here for a quick pick me up as I drove from my full time to my part time. I was actually pretty excited because I have been to the Nolensville Pike location, and it was very good; plus I didn’t know there was even a location open at Tanger. The barista was nice enough & took my order as soon as she possibly could, I believe.

I ordered a 12oz ButterBeer Latte with oat milk, which is what I always get. It didn’t take very long for me to receive my order, which I thought was great because I was running on a time crunch. I did however think it was a little weird I got my order before the lady in front of me.

I left the facility without taking a sip of my coffee, because it was hot of course & again I was on a time crunch. When I did actually taste it, I thought I was crazy.. like really and truly crazy.. CAUSE IT TASTED STRAIGHT LIKE BURNT COFFEE GROUNDS..

I have never in my life ordered coffee from anywhere and it tasted as bad as this coffee did, not even Starbucks black coffee tastes this bad. And I’m honestly just extremely sad that I spent $8 ($2 tip included ) to get coffee that was this disgusting. I also tried to call back up there to try and speak with someone, but my call failed every single time. I don’t know what they have going on there or if the Barista was just ready to go, but I will not be returning to...

This was my first time visiting a Red Bicycle location. I’ll start with the bad. As far as the decor, the Tanger outlet location was very underwhelming. I agree with the other reviewers that it’s dark and not much effort. I’m definitely interested in seeing how the other locations compare. Also the chairs are horrible. Very uncomfortable and cheaply made. I sat down and it felt like the chair was going to break so I moved to another table and that chair felt exactly the same. I would return but I’ll get my food to go. I also feel that the drinks are a little bit overpriced. Now for the good. My drink was actually really yummy! I ordered the Butter Beer iced coffee.
