Panera Bread — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Went through the drive through yesterday about 4:55pm because my toddler was crying for water and I forgot her water bottle. So I ordered a large tea and a cup of water with no one else in line. I guess because I didn't want to give him my rewards # and was in a rush he took that as an insult (my child was crying). When I got to the window the guy did not open the window to collect payment and took 2 more orders (saw the cars like up behind me). He made sure to keep his back facing me while taking orders and filling drinks. Then he proceeded to chat with one of the people making sandwiches and then walked away. He came back with a medium/small iced tea. He then opened the window to collect payment and told me the price for the large tea and when I saw the small tea I asked if that's a large tea (knowing it's not) . He said no and then I told him just to fix the price since it'll probably take him another 15 minutes to get the large. He intentionally tried to charge me for large and took as long as he possibly could for something that should have not taken more than 5 minutes. I have never had such intentionally horrendous service...

I had order a pickup order through the mobile app and when I got home after receiving my order I realized half my order was not in there too tired to go back I just called up there. The lady whom I called around 6:40pm told me I could come up there and receive a free pick 2 for the inconvenience. Once I came in the next day the lady at the register acted as if I was lying and went through loops and obstacles to try to debunk what I told her. I told her the lady told me I could get a free pick 2 instead of believing me she just threw the bread for the bread bowl in a bag. I was still so confused and not feeling well that I just asked her to ring me up for a pick 2 because why would I just want to eat breads. The lady offered for me to get a full refund or a pick 2 the day before but I thought it would inconvenience her because I know how busy they can be and regret to getting that refund to not go through the misjudgment of thinking I’m there to lie my way to a free meal. I went Sunday after church, normally I go to the Brentwood location, I mean why not it's close to Target, but I didn't want to drive that far. I am so glad I didn't. The Antioch location went above and beyond, the lady in the foyer was just so kind and helpful, she got my girls and I togo Tupperware and was just extremely sweet. She was complimenting how cute my girls looked in their Saint Patricks Day outfits. I am hating I forgot her name, I ment to write this Sunday and I had her name then But then today, my girls wanted that cool pizza 🍕 place with salad 🥗 I love salad and they love pizza. I knew exactly what they meant since it was what we had Sunday. We are currently in the Panera and I just have to say the staff is WONDERFUL, place is soooo clean & the food was above and beyond AGAIN. We will definitely be returning and this will be our new "pizza Place" Thank you Panera in Century Farms for being my new favorite place 🙏🏼✨ And the price is wonderful, especially from a single mother, on a teacher salary.
