I love it when the person making my food is eating chips. âYou want a bowl (crunch crunch) is that to go?â I see a crumb fall out of her mouth. I love it when you are âopenâ but not ready to make food or have it ready. This location is the worst chipotle I have ever been to.
Next visit I see a lady using a temperature probe doing QI checks? But, she sticks the probe in the salsa, then the corn, then the chicken. She keeps going with that probe, it goes in everything. The steak. The salad. The guacamole .The queso. The sour cream. Itâs one busy probe let me tell ya. She never wipes it or cleans it in between the meat and the cold stuff. There is a little green checkmark that you can see in an iPad. So she is potentially contaminating every single item of food with this unsafe food practice. But, I am about to check out and they actually have the honey chicken. I choose to play risk and consume my crack honey ckn.
I get crappy, slow, rude service 8/10 times. I say hi/hola. I get nothin.
I have seen the person working the cashier get yelled out by a man working the line because the cashier added Queso to a customerâs order.
âMan you are working the line!â
âBut you R closer!â
âBro what the hell just give me a Queso!â
He looks at me. âIâm the cashier man. â
I am here 15/30 days a month. This is my experience out of the last 3 months or so. Iâm not even kidding.
You wait in line for 15-20 min, sometimes only one person on the line. They will be out of honey ckn. Nobody is cooking more. No announcements that they are out. You get to the spot to order.
You ask, âDo you have honey chicken?â
âNoâ
âAre you making more?,â I plead.
âUmm it will be like 20 minâ, they report. OR, they just say NO. Wtf.
People behind me leave. I leave.
This is why we are here. Yes, that crack like sweet honey ckn. It is THAT good. And I donât usually even write reviews. But this is such a trouble spot, and I have no other chipotle thatâs closer to my work. So I am taking on the fight to make this Chipotle better.
And it can be healthy food! It truly can be.
Do they need a manager?? lol because I will do it part time.
Fast forward mx visits: 6/22/2025 I was told no honey ckn. But Mr Honey chicken is sitting in a tub and just needs chopped up. I point and make chopping signs with my hands. I say I will wait. So I do. NO Fajita veggies? She goes and asks the cook. He points to the clock. It is 20:10. Iâm sorry is there a fajita vegetable cut off time? Okay fine. No Fajita veggies.
Can I have the corn?
No corn? I say come on. She goes over to the online order line and gets a tub. I get the corn.
Iâm like thank you so much seriously (sincerely).
Iâm never rude. But I do call them out.
I grab the bag. Go to get a fork -2 left in the tub. All 3 napkin holders are empty. Crap on the floor. Itâs a mess.
This is an every other occurrence it seems. The LINE is always out of something. The cook(s) do not know how to manage the kitchen. Iâm stuck going here because I work In the area.
Manager of this chipotle where are you at? Because this is the WORST in Nashville. And you must not care. It may just be the worst in multiple states. If it was a competition they might just win that ribbon on a national level.
This can be measured in customer frustration feedback or also known as CFF. Yes I made that up but itâs real. I feel it.
Give Antioch, the home of many of us that love this kind of food and live here/work here, please give us quality. Or at least have what we are there for ready??
Most of the line people are good. It seems the cooks do not know how to manage the PAR and PREP. I mean hello? Itâs low so start cooking more, I mean please? Pleaseeeee?
Just please can someone...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. Left the Tanger outlet looking for a nice lunch before heading home to KY. Stopped in for the first time ever at Chipotle. The young lady at the front desk was extremely rude. She gave us our total without asking if we wanted drinks. We asked her to add drinks which increased our total. The amount of the screen and the amount on her screen were different. We kindly brought this to her attention so we could pay the higher amount since the pay pad still wasn't showing the correct amount with drinks. She became VERY defensive and told us we didn't know what we were talking about. So we used our card and paid the lesser amount. It processed, we removed our card, and she says, you only paid this amount, you still owe another $6.00. We again told her, that's what we were trying to being to your attention. She again told us that we didn't know what we were talking about. So we inserted our card again and paid again. If she had listened to us the first time, it wouldn't have been an issue. She then tries to give us our bag (even though we told her we were dining in, but ok), but unfortunately, she once again wasn't listening and we were missing chips. I asked her for the chips that were missing. She rolled her eyes, said OMG, grabbed a bag of chips and threw them in the bag. My husband grabbed the bag from her at that point. I then asked for the infamous drink cups that she still didn't give us. She rolled her eyes again, grabbed two empty cups, THREW them at me. I'm not a great catcher, and they fell on the counter. The restaurant didn't look very clean, and I certainly didn't want to drink out of a dirty cup. So I gave the cups back to her and asked for another set. She went to throw those at me as well, but I grabbed them from her hand before she had the chance. I got my drinks, then asked for her name so I could call the manager after I left. She wouldn't give me her name, nor was she wearing a name badge. So I asked for the manager. Poor guy looked like a deer in headlights. He was actually present during the entire interaction and heard/witnessed the whole thing, but never stepped in to assist her, or me. This was my first ever experience at Chipotle. Pretty sad excuse for customer service. I was APALLED at this young lady's behavior. The owner of this store needs to clean...
Read moreI've been trying with this location for weeks now but they can't seem to get it right. I ordered food online and they told me it would be ready within a few minutes. I pulled up a little later thinking my food would be done but I had to wait an additional 20 minutes.
When the girl came to the window she told me while trying to rush me out the drive thru that they didn't have chips and guac or corn sorry. I had ordered online so I was very upset with this because I couldn't just ask for my money back simply. I had to go through all types of loop holes just for them to offer a free drink and chips and guac at my next visit.
Here today is my next visit I decided to walk into the building and there was a long line (okay no problem it's dinner time). I wait maybe 10 minutes before I get to the counter where a girl with red hair is standing and the first thing I ask is there guac because I want to use my voucher. She says yes. I continue to order my meal and we get over to the extras side I see no guac. I ask the the gentleman with dreadlocks if there is any in the back he said no. I then proceeded to say I was told there was some could anyone check for me. The lady who I guess is the manager looks like she is annoyed goes with him to the back and disappears for 15 minutes. This leaves the woman with red hair alone at the front which the line is almost out the door at this point to fend for herself at the counter. I'm waiting and off to the side watching my already made food sit on the counter. After about 15 minutes she comes back out and yells to the whole restaurant they are out of 3 items for the rest of the night one being guac. After they figure this out I feel like they should have told me that before they decided to just go and dissappear that long.
This establishment is very unprofessional and the staff could use more training or different management. I will make sure to tell people not to come to this location until they get...
