Wendy's — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

This place is getting very,very,cheap meat for burgers,I am,or was trying eat Dave's double,and every single bite taste like beef liver.Why????????????????????????????? I'm telling you people.....do not eat hear unless for fries,or frosty if restaurant appears clean,but all of this,and I am sure every other location is the same....Please stay away from their so called burgers,because there is no telling what this meat is actually made of.I understand cutting corners,ECT,but this chain is going downhill fast...no hamburger is suppose taste like beef liver......could it also have beef tongue,and testicles,and all that is not steak meat?It's like Wendy's using sweetbreads that usually get tossed by butcher,and forming patties out of.If no believe me.....go spend the six bucks,and take you a big bite of mystery meat beef liver patties that this particular store is pushing.Save you money,and I guess stop eating meat because one bite of a Wendy's burger " is not regular hamburger beef,I'll guarantee if broke down in testing facility their so called meat is made of beef liver,tongue,and everything else a butcher would usually toss.Ill never take another bite,and if was not late I would take back and get refund.Cheaply made food here,and the meat they sell is not what you think you are paying for.Surely I am not alone in this.Go get you a single,and see.Someone should sue for false advertisement.Since main owner...the real Dave passed away Wendy's has went downhill on daily...

I gave it 1 star because it doesn't have a ZERO... My concern is about the drink dispenser and the condiments area.... The drink machine doesn't drain properly.. and when I brought to the attention of the on duty manager that someone had spilled a soda on that counter and it had dried and was sticky and got on my white shirt he basically shunned me...said he'd take care of it.... But he didn't . We were there for about 45 minutes and no one came to wash it down... The spilled soda had to have been be there for days.. I even offered to clean it if he would give me a cleaning cloth.... Another concern is ... If the counter in the dining area is nasty.. what does the prep area and the kitchen look like.???? My shirt was ruined.. and he, the manager, was like Oh Well!!! Don't even tell me that they are short handed, No.. the one at register could have grabbed some cleaner and a rag and cleaned the area.. The restaurant was not busy... There was only one other customer in the whole...

TLDR; If you want to dine-in, the lobby is evidently closed so don’t even bother. Went to grab some lunch on my break around 3:30. Store was open, lots of cars in the drive thru. Sign on the door said dine in is open from 9am-10pm. Tried all 3 doors, all were locked. All of the employees in the store made eye contact with me through the windows as I tried to open the doors and I even gestured to ask what the deal was but no one came to greet me or say anything, just stared. There obviously isn’t an issue staffing or keeping the store open if you can serve your drive thru guests (which is more difficult than serving dine in guests from the experience of someone who has worked food service/customer service for the last 6 years). But if your dine in is closed, then don’t have posters all over your store front saying it’s open. Have never really had great service here anyways but that was...
