Wendy's — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

We love Wendy's and go all the time. There's nothing wrong with the food but it doesn't matter what day it is any time after 7 if you want a frosty do NOT go to the Wendy's on Dickerson road it's either broke or they've taken it down already hours before they close. It's the most frustrating thing that they always have an excuse for why you can't get a frosty and even more frustrating waiting in line for 20 minutes just to order and find out one of their excuses because they are to lazy and don't want to wait and clean it when they close. Then have to leave and drive all the way to Gallatin road so get frostys. The Wendy's on Gallatin has better service and food and their frosty machine ALWAYS WORKS. Dickerson roads Wendy's has terrible service, I've caught an attitude more times than I can remember, and they are slower than any Wendy's we've ever been to. WENDY'S ON DICKERSON ROAD NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT AND DEFINITELY NEW EMPLOYEES because the people they have in there now apparently have forgotten they are being paid to do a job that they just don't care to do and just want to collect their money...

I am updating my review due to the ugly customer service I received today at this Wendy's. My mother and I visited the drive thru. We were not greeted. We sat for about 30 seconds before we spoke in the speaker hello. Someone said something but we could not hear them clearly. From the passenger seat I yelled that we could not hear you. The person yelled back you don't have to yell. My mother is a senior citizen she moved on to place her order. The person repeated her order back in a mimicking voice as an elderly person and laughed about it. I addressed them and told him that was not nice and that I needed to speak to a manager. But instead I chose to just take down the information to write into Wendy's off of the receipt. I feel that leadership needs to be addressed because if this is allowed then it's on the leadership because if leadership is not leading properly then the tail and staff will not follow. This was not a good experience. Moving on to the food the food was good but yet good customer service would have tasted...

I ordered two bacon egg cheese sandwiches and they only gave me two biscuits. Don’t ever go to this place! Plus they’re small as pennies. They look like they were frozen and rushed out the microwave.
