Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

My experience in here today at 4:45pm was great. The manager who took my order was very polite. The young lady was very nice to me also. The food was fresh and tasted really good. The restroom was very clean and smelled good. The inside of the restaurant was also clean. Very satisfied customer. I let the manager know also and he was very nice saying thank you and thanked us for coming. We don't get out much this way but we did today and glad we had a great experience and I wanted to give a review of the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant and bathrooms were a plus most if the time establishments don't clean bathrooms there's were very clean. We will be back. I appreciate nice workers and a clean restroom and tables and also a clean restaurant. I didn't get the names of employees but the night shift care. I truly hate to give this place one star so please read. It is Saturday, March 1st at dinner time. The food here is always wonderfully cooked and the portions are excellent. tonight the place is filthy and I mean absolutely filthy. The floors have drinks build in sayreville places and then does not look like anyone as he to bring in days. The condiment counter has things strewn everywhere. The bathrooms are just as bad. when we walked in the manager was sitting at the first table on the right. She is a woman possibly in her late 50s early 60s with salt and pepper hair. I don't see how in the world she could hold her position and not see the condition...

While ordering my food, I asked for a kiddie finger meal which the lady taking my order said it wasn't a meal. I asked for a house salad with ranch but they were out of condiments ( but that's not a big deal). I had to ask about the drink that comes with the kiddie finger MEAL. When I went to pay, my order nor the price was repeated back to me. It is my fault for putting my trust in this business, and providing them with my card for payment. When I arrived at home with the meal, I noticed I had an extra plate so I believed they had the wrong order. As I went over my receipt I noticed that I was charger an extra 10 chicken fingers. Since I had traveled so far I didn't see any point in arguing with someone who doesn't see the faults in what they are doing. I definitely will not advise anyone to go there .
