McDonald's — Restaurant in Natchez

I had the most disgusting experience at this McDonald’s. I was in the drive thru and 2 cars had pulled up to wait for orders. I watched both cars unwrap food (touching it) and give it back to the employee. I was handed my order and was told it was wrong and to check what was in the bag. I had to pick up the fries (touching them) to see that what was under them was not mu order. No employees were wearing gloves and food had been touched by other customers. They were going to rebar it and give it to us. I refused and requested a refund. When I did the employee immediately got and attitude and when I explained why I was told “I needed to mind my own damn business “. I asked for the manager them was verbally threatened by the employee. The manager did ask him to step away but he reached in his pocket like he was going to come for me. You don’t act like this in front of families and children. Totally unacceptable. I will report this location for health violations as passing food around that way is going to make someone sick. And the attitude of the employee and manager were disturbing. I have left a message at the Corporate Office as well. I would stay as far away from this location...

Came here on 2/18/23 and all of the workers were in the back arguing nonstop, not taking any orders, not coming to the front checking on customers waiting to make orders or pick orders up. People were coming inside from the drive-through to try to make orders. Drive through lines we’re backed up all the way around the parking lot. No one inside the establishment were being professional at all. The self order machines were acting up. One worker was standing in the kitchen entry area watching people walk up and stand in line to order, but never would walk out to assist anyone. The entire kitchen area sounded like children arguing and getting loud with each other. The ladies restroom was filthy, with pee on the floors and toilet paper and wipes left all over the place. The bathroom sinks don’t have soap/working soap dispensers. We wound up leaving for a cleaner, more professionally run establishment. Do not recommend...

It is drive thru only and has been like this for awhile now. The lines, two during the am and lunch and evening time after 5 one Lane only. The lines are outrageous and wait time, well…. Let’s just say you might as well be waiting on Christmas. Hope ur in no hurry because you will be sitting there for alittle while. Then when placing your order you have to repeatedly say what you want over and over to be asked the same questions again. A number 1 is a meal. Sandwich, drink, fries! Hasn’t changed in years. So when I say I’d like a #1 why do u get asked “ you want drink and fries with that?
