disappointed but not surprised went to this little hole in le wall and ordered an eggplant parm and then a kids tenders and fries. The prices were reasonable and my eggplant parm was… okay. We then waited 30 minutes (no exaggeration) for a 3 piece kids tenders and fries. Also, there were always 1 or 2 people in the store when we were in here so it’s not like they were busy and so could give them some leeway about le wait. 30 minutes for a kids meal is pretty crazy when no one was sitting down and there were more chefs in the kitchen than customers. (Another note: the fries were bad, I mean how could you screw up fries??) LOL I finished my food before my friend who had to eat without me, I mean you’d think the kids meal would come first. We definitely expected more from this place and don’t plan on coming back anytime soon 😬😬

I live a couple of block away and I know about this place more than I should. I have seen it go through a management change, at it's very low. We recently tried a veggie pizza, a meatball sandwich and a meatball pasta for kids. We asked the pizza to be "well done" so we could get the base crispy. We got an excellent hot pizza served and the meatball pasta and sandwich was tasty and yummy. The meatballs were juicy and soft and the marina sauce was alright. The place was clean, the food served was hot and tasty. The food served is a bit expensive for the ambience it provides but then again folks, you are in Natick. All the restaurants around are expensive. Do a take away, ask for the pizza to be well done and savor it. You cannot go wrong with the meatball sandwich.

Theo's has been a Natick staple for many years. The food is fabulous, and the prices are fair. The new owners are working really hard to learn regular's orders and are doing a great job. They have my business and awesome broccoli and spinach pizza.

I was actually quite a fan of this place. Order my lunch here pretty much daily. Today I ordered a BLT sandwich and was charged $13.24...which sounded odd to me so I called back. After looking at my online banking I realized on previous days that I had paid $13.24 for a sandwich AND an order of french fries, so of course I confronted them about the mistake. Whoever answered the phone proceeded to argue with me that I ordered fries when in fact I most certainly did not. Instead of just saying "Oh I'm sorry, let's get the charge taken off for you" he again proceeded to tell me I did order fries and that the minimum order for delivery was $10. GREAT, so charge me $10 for a sandwich that costs $7.50 but don't over charge me for food that I did not ask for. I would have had absolutely no issue with this situation if this employee did not have the audacity to continue arguing with me over something so petty. In the end my order was canceled completely and they have lost a DAILY...
