Honestly horrible. I miss the real Chuck E. Cheese, the one with the animatronics and such. This literally sucked so bad I wanted to actually cry. The workers seemed so miserably depressed it was like they’d never seen a smile in their lives, not very welcoming at all. They messed up my order by giving me pepperoni pizza when I ordered cheese. They DESTROYED the animatronics with hammers to replace it with a stupid tv screen and “dance stage” that literally nobody even was on. It was so disappointing, we need the animatronics back. Especially Helen Henny. I miss it. Also it took so long for the food to come. At the drink fountains majority of the drinks weren’t even working. Literally I wouldn’t have even minded half of this if the animatronics were there. The stupid replacement tv puppets were extremely creepy, 100 times more scary than the animatronics EVER were. Can’t even begin to explain how much I hate the false advertising of “new better place” their “renovations” were literally just removing the animatronics and making things more modern when it really ruined the whole idea of what Chuck E. Cheese is.

My daughter loves Chuck E Cheese! Major gripe though with the installation of the new trampoline and how they manage this. They charge $15 (with a meal) for trampoline "access". Totally ridiculous. Kids come in all excited when they see the trampoline only to have a Chuck E Cheese bouncer regulate who is able to go in. The bouncer had to step away so they even locked the trampoline with a padlock! Leaves a bad taste in my mouth and makes me think of greedy out of touch corporate execs. The last time we went the trampoline was empty for awhile and kids were just looking at it unable to enter. The best was when they first installed the trampoline (before implementation of the bouncer) and kids were jumping having fun and then a Chuck E Cheese enforcer came and told everyone that didn't pay to get out. Oh man the looks on the kids faces going from happy to confusion to sadness was really something, I bet that's exactly the experience management wants for their guests!

Second year celebrating my son's birthday. My son had a blast once again. I love how the host entertains the kids with dancing and singing. She made my son feel very special. I purchased the mega fun package which includes pizza and drinks for the kiddos. I was able to bring my own decorations. And since I made the reservation on a Monday we didn't have a time limit on the tables. Honestly, the deal isn't that great unless you have a small group like we did last year. This time round I paid about $900 for the mega fun package for 15 kids. I added extra pizzas, salad plates and drinks for the adults because food for the adults aren't included in the mega fun package. I honestly would recommend getting the package if you have a small group but not for a large group. Overall, the atmosphere and the host service made it worth it.

I went to Chuckie Cheese in April to try and celebrate my son's 8th birthday. He loves Chuckie Cheese and has never been there before but he knows about it. He was super excited to celebrate his birthday there and wanted to have fun! I had gone to Chuck Cheese recently prior to this occasion back in December of last year 2022 to celebrate one of my other son's birthday and it was packed! We saw a lot of people and I saw people bringing in food (Lil Cesar's Pizza) and other food items not purchased at Chuckie Cheese? Since I saw people bringing food and drinks etc from a different restaurant/place and NO ONE said or did ANYTHING about it??? The MANAGER'S and WORKER'S we're all over the place that day, I assumed it was ok to bring food from the outside with no issues whatsoever? When we got there we had already chosen our table and had made ourselves comfortable (keep in mind I have a big family and very small children.) That being said when we arrived my husband and one of my older son's had gone out to get some pizza because the food and pizza sold at Chuckie Cheese is disgusting. When one of the workers in the front saw my son carrying the pizza and walking up to the door HE immediately told him that he couldn't come in??? At first I didn't know what was going on I just saw my son standing outside with a confused look on his face like he didn't know what to do? As soon as I was finally able to figure out what was going on I told my son to come inside because no one was at the entrance and I couldn't talk to anyone about it except the worker that was attending the kids and parents who were picking out prizes. As soon as the worker saw me come inside with my son holding the pizza he told me that I couldn't go inside with the pizza? Like any other parent would I obviously got upset. I requested to speak to the manager and it took her FOREVER to get there.. as soon as I saw her I started to explain to her what was going on. I proceeded to explain that I had been there before and that I had seen other people with pizza arrive and no one had done anything about it before? She proceeded to tell me that she was the manager on that day and that she doesn't know who was the manager on that particular day that I had gone? Again she repeated the same thing that the other worker had previously mentioned before. She told me that I couldn't have food (PIZZA) from another place in there. I asked her why they hadn't said anything about it last time and she didn't even know what to say??? My husband asked her if we could purchase pizza from them.. (Chuck Cheese) and leave our pizza there at the table with us untouched? She said no and that they could hold it for us in the back? Of course we disagreed because to us that seem PATHETIC! It seemed like she was literally trying to force me to buy pizza at Chuckie Cheese and get rid of my purchased pizza already? I explained that it was my son's BIRTHDAY and that he had never been there before and that he was excited to be able to celebrate his birthday at Chuckie Cheese. Of course this did NOTHING! She didn't seem sympathetic, understanding or anything like that, she just proceeded to repeat the same thing all over again and again. In the end I told my family including my son who's heart I had to break that we were leaving because I didn't want to deal with her and that I couldn't deal with heartless people? After that terrible experience I WILL NOT be going to a CHUCKIE...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!! I recently hosted my sons birthday here and it was definitely one of the worst experiences of my life. For starters my daughter (5 years old) walked out with my Dad but no one was at the door to check the stamp on her arm, so there was no telling who she walked out with. The question is what if that wasn’t my Dad?!?!? My daughter would have walked out with a complete stranger and the possibilities are endless from there. Yes, I understand that my children are primarily my responsibility but while hosting a party I should be able to have some confidence in their “system” in allowing children out of the building to avoid these types of situations. Secondly I was not able to accommodate my guests with enough food due to being “short staffed” and it would take an hour plus to get more food out. By that time my party would be over. I had to call some of my guests who did not arrive yet to give them the heads up. When I asked how they would accommodate me as to no surprise at this point the response I get is “We do not have a manager on duty”. WHAT?!?!? Ok so short staff, no manager. Then the hostess was not managing our party very well, allowing other children who were not a part of my party to be in my party area and her response “Oh those kids are here regularly” WHAT?!? So I have random kids in my photos and trying to take my food and cake running wild. Anyone who is familiar with this place know that it’s not inexpensive so you should get what you pay for!!!! I would not have paid .50 cents for the service and experience I received here. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not book...

I had a birthday party yesterday It was a horrible experience. I would never go back or throw a party there again. Right when I walked in the place smelled like feet then they placed me in a corner and told me my table wasent ready when they specifically told me to arrive 15 mins prior to my party to go over things. No one went over anything with me my host was rude she look like she hates her job and she doesn’t wanna be there so I requested a new host my food took forever I had to cancel my order because it took so long and my party was gonna be over by the time it got to my table. The party theme was pretty in pink that came with a tiara and a bracelet they forgot to give it to me I had to ask and when I asked they said they were out of tiaras then when the piñata came out the kids pulled the strings nothing came out the host had to rip it open with his hands the bathrooms smelled I couldn’t even get a fountain drink because that whole area smells like pee. When I got home I realized they never handed out the goody bags for the kids I had ordered the super mega package for nothing. Everything was just unorganized! The only good thing about that day was the new host that I requested Jose he was really nice an was trying to help but he was...
