Guanatos Mexican and Seafood — Restaurant in National City

We ordered 2 tostadas de ceviche de Cameron, a tostada de aguachile, 3 tacos de pollo and a cocktail de Camaro to go. We came home and the tacos were not in the bag. We called them and they said we can go pick them up. We went back and brought the tacos home and they were fish tacos, not chicken tacos. We called them to tell them we received the wrong item and they insisted we were wrong. We went back for the third time with the fish tacos as proof and waited for the chicken tacos. This service was horrible. We have been a customer for many years and this was just too much of an inconvenience and have to argue with the staff to receive our correct order....

This place is all about customer service from beginning to the end. They waived our entire bill because of a missunderstanding at the initial ordering.The owner was super nice and even after we ate our order she made an extra side plate free of charge for us. I refused to walk out not paying a fair share of the excellent service, but all she asked was to return if I really enjoyed the food and service. They raised their prices over 52%!!! We used to like the staff and the food but 15 days ago our bill was $30.74 plus tax for 3 fish tacos, a tostada especial, marlin fries, and one horchata. Today, our total for the same order would have been $46.85 except we had the sense to leave before ordering.

Inflation is a thing, but to increase our order by 52.5%??!!!

The place looks the same, the location is the same. Nothing changed but the prices.
