Terrible customer service!! Today is 3/7/2019 and I brought my family here around 7pm to grab some donuts and when I was inquiring about the jelly filled donuts I was informed by a young lady with glasses that one row was strawberry, the other was apple with a row of blueberry filled and the next row was chocolate filled with vanilla. Looking forward to bite into my strawberry filled donut after purchasing 1/2 dozen I was surprised to taste the tart filling of lemon. I go to the the young lady to inform her of the mishap and when I told her it was lemon she rudely responds back and says, “I told you it was lemon!” I return back to my seat with my family and taken back a bit by the bad customer service. I attempted to let such response go by deciding to move on and have my apple filled crumb donut to be duped a second time and have no apple filling at all inside. Upset I go back to inform the cashier about both mistakes. Not willing to fully own her mistakes she says she's willing to replace the apple filled donut but not the lemon. Now mind you we are talking of $2.50 worth of donuts so this complaint isn't about the Money or the donuts, at this point it's about the terrible customer service. Although, the manager attempted to make this wrong right by replacing the one apple donut instead of both errors I decided on principle that I wasn't going to accept a partial right after being treated in such manner. If they decided to make this right and fix both errors I would have accepted, but on a partial redemption and rudeness by this cashier and her manager unwilling to make this right by replacing my donuts and informing me, “the customer” that such service is unacceptable. She also mentioned that the rude cashier who served us has been there at this establishment for 7 years, 7 years at this establishment with that type of customer service and you still have a job!?!? Either management has no clue of what type of employees they have there or they just don’t care. Because of these responses from the young cashier and the older manager on duty I decided to file this complaint. I will never come back and inform anyone from our neighborhood to never go to...

Read moreThis used to be my family's & my go to place. So sad to say I will never come back! Staff is horrible. Rude, and ignorant. I don't know if they are under new management or what. But when I used to go there was a very nice lady who used to work there, have not seen her in a while. She used to always greet us with a smile, asking how we have been & interested in our well being. Anyway, I stopped going for a few months in my attempt to diet. & when I went back was for the holidays to buy donuts to take to my family. Let me just say, it was the worst experience I have ever had there. Not only did the staff not know whether to talk to me in Spanish or English but they were very sarcastic & flat out rude. Every donut shop I have gone to has a sugar free option for diabetics. Which I always ask for to take for my grandma. When I asked not only did I have to ask 3 times what I was looking for. Once in English, twice in Spanish. They looked at me like I was crazy and answered me in Spanish saying "we're not doctors here, we can't tend to what you're looking for". Now last time I checked I'm no doctor, but I'm not ignorant. And I know that there are sugar free options in any desserts. I know this because not only do I have diabetic family members but I worked at a retirement home where 50 percent of the residents were diabetics as well. I am absolutely dissapointed with this shop. All the new staff is horrible. Badly mannered &...
