⚠️ Discrimination ⚠️
Update: The first time I ate at this location, I arrived with friends, We all ordered sandwiches, and I noticed something about my Hispanic friends sandwich (more on that in a bit). I decided to eat at this location again and ordered over the phone (I have a Caucasian sounding voice) and decided to order another sandwich (the exact one my Hispanic friend ordered). When I was given the sandwich, I looked inside the sandwich and noticed the difference right away. My sandwich had been properly filled with meat while the sandwich that was made for my friend barely had any meat. After paying for the food, I politely requested napkins, and the guy behind the counter refused to give me napkins. I thought it was also odd and decided to wait for the next customer to pay and request napkins, and the guy behind the counter happily gave him napkins. I initially gave this location a 5 star due to good tasting food, I will now have to drop it to 1 star for discrimination. Where there is one discriminatory individual, you'll quickly find more discriminatory individuals. If you're a Hispanic or person of color, they don't want your kind here. If you're White, Italian, or Albanian, then you should be good 👍 unfortunately though, you would be supporting a business that discriminates.
(First Impression with 5 Star Rating) - #3 Meat Pocket (Red) was delicious. I had called their pizzeria over the phone, and the staff was professional and polite while answering all my questions. Thank you!
I decided to return and try out their Chicken Parmesian Sub and Chicken, Bacon, Ranch. Personally, I enjoyed the Chicken Bacon Ranch more. It was delicious. The Chicken Parmesian looks better than what it tastes; it doesn't have too much flavor outside of the natural taste of chicken. If you're a health nut, then it will be...
Read moreI have to say Mario's had been my family go to place for a long time but I'm going to have to rethink this. Last night I had one of the worst take out experiences, it started with the time they gave us staying 40 to 45 minutes. I arrived around the 40 minute mark and waited another 20 minutes and still hasn't received my order. After asking how much longer and getting the standard in sorry we're very busy tonight a couple of times I finally told them to give my order away and started to drive away. I was spotted by an employee who said the pizza had just come out of the oven and they were waiting on my wings. Well come to find out this was a lie. They may have been waiting on the wings as they were nice and warm, the pizza had clearly been sitting on top of the oven for quite some time as it has substantially cooled off. Over all really disappointed. Only reason not a 1 star was the wind...
Read moreMy husband and I order here all the time almost weekly. It is the only pizza our 3 year old will eat, and we do pizza on Saturdays. Reading some of these low star reviews makes me realize how unforgiving we really are. It's one thing to not perfer their food and move on, but it's another to bad mouth it for one mistake. No place or person is perfect all the time. The pizza and service can be great 10 times but no review , the moment their is 1 mistake or it's a bad day (It happens), it's like that is the end for some people. I get it we work hard for our money (maybe i am being a hypocrite), but we need to show a little more mercy and grace especially to the places we go to often that we rarely experience problems. There is no need to try to ruin a place reputation because of one bad day...
