The food was really good,,,once we FINALLY got it. We ordered crab Rangoon for appetizer. They came out in a reasonable amount of time and were better than your average, fluffy with great filling, not hard and full of fake cream like other places. Then the waiting began. Wife ordered sweet and sour chicken with white rice. I ordered drunken noodles with chicken. We placed the order at the same time as the appetizer, within 5 minutes of sitting down. I noticed other customers having to ask where their orders were, drinks, appetizers, condiments. At this point we were starting to wonder how long we'd been waiting. Soooo, I went to my Google time-line and looked up when we arrived so I wasn't just guessing. We had been waiting for 45 minutes. I went to the counter to request refills (nobody checked on us) and let the counter know how long we were waiting. There were three tables of two people waiting inside and take-out orders being called in and picked up. Not busy but not dead either. I got the excuse that they were working short. Fine,,,, Wife's food came out at 55 minutes mine came out at 60. Hers was not hot,,,mine was really hot. Waitress never checked on us, and when she brought the second meal, I had to ask her to remove the appetizer plate that had been sitting there now for over 45 minutes, empty. The entire experience lasted 1 hour and 20 minutes from when we entered. AND,,,,it cost $50 to get out for simple meals. BTW,,,the prices do not reflect the 3.99% increase if you use a card. You are told about it on the menu, but the prices are cash only prices. That's getting common down here, but be warned. We live locally, but sadly won't be back. The food was good,,,,but the aggravation just...

*EDIT
I have to edit this, food is still fire but the staff is different. I think they all get high the whole shift, or there are 10 brain cells in the back they paper rock scissors for before “greeting the customer.”
Was told the wait time was one hour for to go, cool. Show up 65 minutes later to lofi on loop on the big screen, one employee sitting at a table full of empty soda cans, tuna fish can and a box of bandaids. She said nothing upon entering, then after walking past me and getting behind the counter she asked if I had a pick up, “yes I do” - I replied. She went to the back for a quick brain cell handoff and now a new girl is talking with me, but she instead talks to the person behind me first!?!?!
Oh so sorry we made a mistake and it’s going to take another 20 minutes. I order the same thing every week sometimes twice a week. The manage to screw it up somehow with great precision going on the whole year of 2024.
Can the owner please fix this? I don’t think you have any idea what’s going on at your...
Read moreI would avoid this restaurant. I placed an order on their website at 4:55 pm and received a confirmation text stating it would be ready for pickup at 6:20 pm. However, at 5:44 pm, I got a follow-up text notifying me that my order was delayed until 6:55 pm. When I arrived at the restaurant at the updated time, I was told they don't accept DoorDash orders, even though they could see what I’d ordered and mistakenly mispronounced my name. They offered to start cooking my food at that point but said it would take at least another 25 minutes. I decided to cancel the order and requested a refund, but the cashier's tone was dismissive, asking me to "calm down." The person cooking, who seemed to be either a manager or owner, said she couldn’t cancel or refund my order and instructed me to contact DoorDash. I was also told the cancellation or refund couldn’t be processed that evening but she might be able to handle it the next morning. The lack of clear communication and an efficient refund process was extremely frustrating. Better coordination between the restaurant and delivery platforms, as well as improved customer service,...
