Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Nederland

I recognize that today is the busiest day of the year for pizza places. Because I knew that, I called my order in an hour and a half before my scheduled pickup time. I made sure they repeated my order back to me when I'd finished (it was only 3 pizzas, and nothing odd/unusual about the order). When I arrived, they were all incorrect re the toppings, one that was supposed to be thin crust was original crust, and 2 of them were larges instead of the extra larges I had ordered. When I noticed they were all marked as 14"(large), I asked if my order has been mixed up with someone else's, because I had ordered 2 extra larges and 1 large. Once I saw the sizes were wrong, I checked the toppings, and all were incorrect. Also, there was only 1 garlic butter included, to which the cashier responded you have to pay extra for those on thin crust(I had ordered 2, but only got 1...so, I still should've gotten 2, but they refused because I had ordered 2!!) The manager walked up because he could see things weren't going well. I explained that I had ordered so far in advance and confirmed the order accuracy before hanging up, because I knew they'd be super busy today. His response, "The order was entered wrong"....not 'sorry', just "Well we can remake them for you, if you want to wait, but we'll need to redo the order, and you'll have to pay more" Wow! That NOT what I would've expected. I didn't have time to wait because I was on my way to work. Zero stars for Papa John's...

We order from this Papa Johns one's a week for delivery and never had an issue with them till today that they used Doordash. Our Doordash driver couldnt speak basic english and only called to tell me my address was no good and he doesnt speak english, he managed to make me understand to txt him my address because the address he had sent him to chick fil a. I told him no thats not my address and thats not the address that he has that the address given to him was correct. I waitted for almost an hr he "left" my order on the sidewalk at chick fil a because thats what the doordash represenitive told him to do to leave it take a pic and mark as delivered. When Ive seen he marked my order as delivered I called him to ask where he left my order. He then tells me he speaks spanish. So I asked him in spanish where my food was, thats when he says he left it on the curve and made it very clear there was a lot of ppl there.. so at this point Im wondering why he couldnt drive the food back to PapaJohns as it is 5 mins away from CF if I told him our address wasnt chick fil a's, mind you my address isnt even the same address number or street as chick fil a. I dont think he was truthful about my order. Fortunatley The store mngr got working on my order again. But if doordash is their new delivery partner they might have just lost a customer. I hope they sort this out and find better delivery options, as the workers from this location are always on point...

I have only been to this papa johns 2 times. Both times were for papadias. The first time my papadia was not very great, but I tried something new and got ranch. I assumed that was the issue. The second time i ordered 2 papadias, a bbq chicken and a custom. The custom was made fine, but once i got home i noticed there was not a drop of bbq sauce on it. I immediately called and the manager, who was very polite at the time offered to either remake my papadia or let me get a papadia on them the next time i ordered. I love 20-30 minutes away so i took her up on the free offer for next time. Fast forward, and it's my 3rd time ordering. I'm told by the manager working this night that there is no way she offered me a free papadia, and I can only get 2 dollars off. I could understand there possibly being a misunderstanding, but "2 dollars off" and "papadia on us" are not even close to sounding like one another. I don't plan to order from this papa johns again.
