Hardee’s — Restaurant in Neenah

Stopped here for a late dinner last night after the fireworks. July 4th. Copy of receipt is pictured. Within 4 hours of eating, my girlfriend became violently Ill. All symptoms point to food poisoning. From the big hot ham and cheese sandwich she had eaten. It is entirely pathetic that someone gets food poisoning from fast food restaurants. The only reason this happened is negligence. Hardee's, and it's managers and employees obviously did not follow proper food safety protocols. If they had then my girlfriend wouldn't of had to miss work, spend over 15 hours violently sick as her body expelled whatever poison Hardee's had fed her.

Update 8/28/24 around 1115 pm Ordered a Frisco burger combo (no tomatoes) Medium combo Regular fries Coke (no ice) The guy taking my order confirmed my order Then I received no receipt, poor service, a Frisco burger WITH tomatoes soaked in mayo that was BARELY even WARM, a coke WITH ice, and a small fry.

Utterly impossible to get good service at this...

I went through the drive-thru at about 4:30PM on December 31, 2023 (New Year's Eve). Although the experience is always good at this location, I have to say that the chap working the window this particular time represented the Hardee's name with the utmost of exuberance. His mannerisms and attitude were as positive as humanly possible. The Super Star combo meal that I ordered was first rate as always. The burger was quite sizable with an adequate amount of animal flesh and just the right amount of juiciness and flavor as I devoured it like some sort of starving hyena who just happened upon the fresh corpse of a baby impala (animal not car). The only reason I took the time to write this review was because of the very positive attitude of the chap working the window. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Surprisingly great experience from the moment we walked in the door to leaving--greeted by the man who took our order, can't recall his name he was working in the evening on 12/23--He not only acknowledged our kindergartener who was excited to eat here, but engaged him throughout the ordering process. Dining area was extremely clean, we were asked about our food several times and when leaving another man who may have been the manager told us goodbye and thanked us for coming there. Very professional and level of service that is hard to find at fine dining restaurants these days much less at a fast food place! Keep up the great work this place is an example...
