Starbucks — Restaurant in Neenah

I’m honestly really disappointed with this location. I went in today to purchase 3 items and two of them were food items. I would like to say that the guy who took my order was very kind.

Now let’s get to why I’m leaving a review…. After ordering my food inside I was standing there for almost 20 minutes for my drink. I got my food items in the first 5-8 which is fine but the drink took forever. I even asked about my drink and one of the employees told me that he would check where my drink was and when he did he said that he can’t prioritize my drink and that they don’t get to pick what drink they do first. As a barista myself I’m upset. I saw all these people that ordered online get there drink one after another. And they kept getting online orders and continued make them just ignoring my order. So I went and talked to a couple that was a few minutes after me and they were also really upset that there order was taking so long. Overall disappointed and probably won’t be going back there...

I LOVE the Neenah Starbucks! The workers here epitomize the Starbucks commitment to quality coffee made to order and extraordinary customer service. They connect with each and every customer in such a warm, welcoming way while still making me feel so special. Yesterday my daughter, who is visiting from Texas, went to get herself and me drinks. She ordered hers then rattled off my rather lengthy customized caramel macchiato order. Sarah at the drive thru listened and then said "I recognize that order! Is your mom's name Lynne?" (That's me 🙂) My daughter was so impressed and amazed. Then she brings our drinks home and I asked which was mine. "The one with the heart on it." AWWW! "But look at what mine says" she adds. I can by maybe a few weeks ago and I ordered 3 drinks with my sisters through the drive thru. They gave me my sisters orders and they were correct(Thank you) but they must’ve forgotten that mine for a second. I told them I had one more on my order and they gave it to me after a min. But when I drove away after taking mine, they gave me the wrong size and didn’t even put my name or order on the cup. The reason I said that last bit was because they put it on both my sisters orders and I guess it made me feel like they just made mine because I said I had one more thing to my order. And they still charged me for the size I ordered originally which came to 17-ish. I understand if it was really a busy or chaotic morning for them but it made me feel, insignificant. The coffee did taste good tho but I don’t think I’ll stop by that Starbucks...
