Walk in tonight (10/29) around 6pm to get a quick meal and 2 out of 4 employees I saw not wearing masks, another one of the 4 not wearing one at all. They didn't notice me walk in and when they did they quickly pulled them up with ungloved hands and didn't use sanitiser. The manager directed the unmasked one in the back with the FOOD! Manager said the staff refused, how can you refuse a governor mandate and still work? Why hide it, customers should be allowed to know and make an informed decision as to weather that's an acceptable risk for them. I left without buying as it's not a reasonable risk to my family at this time. They also had another friend hanging out talking in the front with his skateboard wheels hooked on the counter. Would you do that at home? I know my kids aren't allowed to put outdoor stuff on a food counter. I know this comes across as very Karen, I can't stop you from doing what you do, customers should be able to see what the level of risk is and make an informed decision and Little Caesars is advertising something VERY different than this level of disregard to safety.
update Store manager Stacy says they won't enforce the Gov. order on employees and that the corporate policy's aren't fully enforceable at each franchise. Verbatim said that, then said she was done with the conversation and gave me a bogus owners number. I know one person's complaining won't do much but this place has a terrible rating for a...
Read moreJust fair warning: if you order through a delivery service and get sides like dipping sauce it's about a 70% chance you won't get it. The kids that work here act so inconvenienced to do their job that when the delivery service drivers come in, the counter kids don't even bother to check if there are dipping sauces to go with the order the driver is picking up. It's a failure on the drivers part as well for not checking. I have had to get credit six times (yes, SIX TIMES, I just checked) in the last 8 months for missing items from this ceasers location.
They have treated me like garbage in person as well. The time I really enjoyed was when I had ordered two of the cheese dips with my pizza and crazy bread instead of crazy sauce.
I got my pizza out of the portal and waited at the counter for somebody to come up and help me. The kid looked at me, grabbed a crazy sauce and literally threw it on the counter so it slid into my pizza box from about 3 feet away and just stared at me.
I looked him right in the eye deadpan and said "let's try again bud". I proceeded to tell him I had two cheese dips and no crazy sauce. He continued to cop an attitude.
This is normal behavior from the staff at this place. Thankfully I am moving and will never have to deal with this location again.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere...
Read moreWhat can I say about this Little Ceasers location? First and most importantly, Not all Little Ceasers are equal in their quality of survice, Atmosphere, and unfortunatly food. When I go to Little Ceasers, I typically go for their stuffed crust Hawaiian pizzas, with stuffed crazy bread and crazy sauce. Recently I decided to challange my taste buds for something different, which ended up being none other then a veggie pizza. Compairing this Little Ceasers to other locations and pizza places, Little Ceasers ranks the top of my list in fine tasting food for a reasonable cost anyone can go for. The atmosphere seems to radiate a family vibe that is complemented in their quality of food, and survice. Even during rush hours they always seem to have something good to bring, and that is something not so common these days. Yet, one shouldn't expect these guys to be perfect all the time and they make good on their mistakes when addressed with them. Little Ceasers has always had and always will have a pizza order from me. I Highly recommend anyone to go here if...
