Came here to buy the dippers and 20 minutes into the drive through no worker had even started making out food or even came to the window after knocking on the window the worker finally came up and told us the machine inside was a pos and that dippers take a very long time to make which it a lie as I have gotten them before from friends that work at subway then when we wanted to pay he told us we had to come in to pay for our food and he couldn’t do it at the window once we came in they had just started making our food and had a really nasty attitude when we finally got our food the cheese wasn’t melted and the chicken was still cold and we weren’t givin any ranch and when we asked for ranch they gave us one ranch for 3 dippers i don’t know why these workers problem was but they should be ashamed of themselves trying to not to serve people because they don’t feel like it don’t have a job if your going to ruin a company’s image for your...

My brother opened his sandwich to see if there were any mistakes... They forgot his cheese. On his PHILLY CHEESE STEAK SANDWICH. So we turn around and go back inside to ask the sandwich maker to, you know, fix this (i.e. remake our sandwiches). He hands me two packets of light mayo and my brother the cold cheese that was meant for his toasted sandwich. The establishment only had 2 people working in it, which I would normally forgive... But there were no customers waiting to order. There was no excuse for TWO wrong sandwiches. I think the Subway attached to Walmart is a much better option if you want your sandwiches done right. Read moreOrdered pick up for 11:10 am on 1/12/22. We ordered 3 subs and 2 bags of chips. They somehow got every item of the order wrong. Wrong bread on 1 sub (we ordered wheat and it came on flatbread), wrong toppings on the 2nd sub, and wrong toppings and no cheese on the 3rd sub - and I paid for EXTRA cheese on that one. Oh yeah, and they didn't give us any chips.
You're probably saying "well you should've checked the order before you left." But I don't think you should expect the customer to open each wrapped sub to see if it's correct (sure, we should've noticed there were no chips). There were no other customers in the store, so there's no excuse for getting everything wrong on our order. Paid $25 to throw away half of the order. We won't be back to...
