Alfonso's Italian Kitchen & Bakery — Restaurant in Nelsonville

This is the second time we've tried to come during posted business hours. Noon on a Monday and the doors were locked. Evidently St. Patrick's Day justifies not being open, coping an attitude on the phone, and not even posting a note of closure on the door. I ordered cupcakes for my son’s birthday and they were excellent! They were flavorful and the price was very reasonable. I have also tried some of the other sweet treats they offer. Incredible pastries and bread! In our large group we sampled the cinnamon bun, scone, a couple of types of croissants, and a loaf of Asiago bread. Everything was amazing!! Fresh and delicious.
