So i have been coming here for a while now and figure I’d give my honest review and thoughts…it seems to me that the owner doesn’t really do much for the store or atleast if he does he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Everytime I come in it seems like something is always broke and if you just look around the place needs some renovations honestly theirs dust and peeled paint everywhere. And the “decor” doesn’t even match anything it’s to dark and it seems like the place hasn’t really changed since it opened I mean you can just look around and see everything is about as old as my grandma. SHIFTS it seems to me that when the women wear the red shirts which I’m taking is the managers the shift seems more at ease guess is what you can say. Then the guy he always seems to panick whenever they actually get business. FOOD the food is good but I mean it seems white washed and yes I’m not a Hispanic or anything like that but I know good food and I’m not saying it’s not good I’m just saying that to me it only seems like they put salt in their beans and anyone who cooks or knows how to knows that salt isn’t the only thing you put in beans and the taco shells I don’t know what’s going on with them but it seems like here recently everytime I get one it’s just powder and I’m not saying it’s the peoples of tables fault but I mean you know when a taco breaks. The prices don’t make sense to me either because the “enchiladas” are pretty much just soft tacos in their red sauce. Your better off just getting a regular burrito and adding mild sauce and making it enchilada style…now that’s a enchilada worth the price. And I don’t understand how lettuce and tomato is a side atleast just give us some pico-this is for the quesadillas if you don’t know. And the guacamole needs somehting different with it because it just don’t taste right. I have so much more but I don’t want to bash the place because it is good at the end of the day it just needs a little fixing. Thank you and have a good...
Read moreIs a zero stars possible? Because that's what I got from these rude people! As a white bearded senior citizen 67 1/2 years old, one of America's supply chain essential workers, a truck driver, I was refused service. I'm unable to take a 70' rig through their drive thru to be served. On other occasions I have come to the door and they have served me even though the doors were locked and serving drive thru customers only. Tonight when I came to the door, though an employee was mopping the floor only 3 feet from the door and saw me walk up, turned their back on me and ignored me. Not so much as a GTFOH, or the lobby is closed! The guy at the register leaned forward and peeked around the corner at me and quickly pulled back out of sight. This was 7:30 pm and they didn't close until 10 pm. Now I hadn't eaten anything since early in the morning in Mississippi, a couple of donuts and coffee. Hopefully their grandparents are treated with more...
Read moreThe service and food has severely gone down hill over the years. My family was there on Monday and we all ended up with food poisoning. Months ago we went there and the employees were fighting with each other, our order was completely wrong which they refused to fix or even apologize for and 4 out of 5 of us had gotten sick from there. Time before that they over charged us and again refused to fix the issue and the list goes on. The prices have gone up, wait time is 30+ mins every time we go even if we are the only ones there, drive thru is a mess and it doesn't matter how much you order you'll still be hungry. They barely put anything in your meal. Sorry but a tiny drop of beans in a shell does not count as a bean burrito. There should be more fillings inside instead of 90% of the meal being tortilla. We were hoping things had gotten better but clearly not. We use to love this place but after so many bad experiences we will not...
