Looking for some Italian food in the area and saw this had 4.6 stars and wanted to check it out. It doesn’t look like much from the outside so we pulled in and then said, “Nah” and drove off and then I started reading the reviews and they were really good, so we turned around. LOL Food was really decent. Staff was so friendly. Place is cozy. Music was on point per my husband. They served some nice warm bread when we first sat down. My husband had mussels and the sauce was actually killer in a very yummy way. He also had a meatball parm sandwich which he enjoyed. I had spaghetti and shrimp which was tasty and we both shared garlic bread. Definitely do not pass this place up. We will be back. I want to try their Burrata pizza!

Only go here if you want real authentic Italian food with real authentic, quality ingredients, cooked by a family from Parma Italy who came here a few years ago. Pizza, cold subs, hot subs, full menu, Italian dishes... desserts, and the garlic knots that will make you buy some to bring to other pizza places so they can learn how it's done. This place is the new pizza place in town. Don't be fooled by the outside. They are cooking magic on the inside. They have some heavenly dishes on the menu. Check out their Facebook, IG, Twitter, etc for specials and other things. Go taste for yourself. Oh, and see how nice they are too.

First time here, I grabbed a square slice with anchovies, burratta and Kalamata olives. Incredible combo! Never had anchovies and I’m glad I tried it here. Quality all around was beyond what I expected. I also got a traditional white slice, which was oversized, but I’ll never complain about oversized good pizza! Hands down the best white slice I’ve ever had, the ricotta was unreal. Lastly got a square with pepperoni, fresh mozz, and basil. Very, very good. The cute Italian couple running the shop were super friendly. I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!

We have been loyal customers since they opened. At times the food has been excellent, other times, the food and service has been terrible. After ordering twice this week, I will not go back.

The first time we ordered this week the girl who took the order over the phone and worked the counter was barely coherent. She was too busy eating when I arrived to attend to me. When she finally put her food down she struggled to figure out which order was mine. She handed me my food and went right back to eating. I checked my order once I got to the car, and several items were missing. I went back in to let the girl at the counter know and she argued with me telling me she gave me everything. When I persisted that we were missing items, she checked other orders and found our remaining items. We ordered Chicken Parm, a Roast Beef Sub, and Baked Ziti Sicilian. The Roast Beef Sub was the only item made correctly. Chicken parmesan was terrible and Ziti lacked sauce and eggplant.

We ordered again on a Friday evening. When we called to place the order, they were out of items on the menu, we ordered second choices of two subs, chicken parmesan and a calzone. The chicken parmesan was good, salad and bread that came with it was sparse. The subs had one slice of meat each. After being charged $1.50 for a side of sauce, the calzone had barely any filling....all dough!

My husband called to complain and told them he was bringing the food back. They replaced the two subs, but refused to replace or refund the calzone because they said “It was cut into.” We explained that we have been consistent customers since they opened, and have never complained, even when food and service have been inconsistent.

The owner’s son handled the situation by engaging in argument with my husband and me. As we tried to explain that he was not adequately addressing our concerns, and that we did not feel that we should have to pay for food that was subpar, the owner’s son remained combative and eventually hung up on me.

The fact that this establishment refused to listen to our concerns and try to make this right, speaks volumes. I will not return. Quite frankly, we probably gave this business too many chances. However, this last experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, from not only the substandard food quality, but the poor customer service from the owner and his family. We like to support small family business, and understand that there is room for error, but when you don’t listen to your customers and hang up to them, you have crossed the line. Not only will I never return, but I will not recommend this...

We found this spot last minute because the pizza place we were headed to had a 30+ minute wait- and I’m so glad they did because the food was fabulous. I’ve lived in the area for over 40 years and go to the same places that have become Jersey shore institutions when we get the thin crust pizza craving but La Lupa rates above them all. We ordered the mussels marinara, chicken and margarita pizza, garlic knots that were the size of my hand and even dessert! Just wow. The staff and possibly owner were super welcoming, friendly and we just could not get over how attentive they were. He made the marinara extra spicy for me for my mussels and the sauce even challenged my Nona’s (sorry Nona). The thin crust pizza was wonderful. Just the right amount of toppings, great sauce and wonderful dough/crust. We loved the food so much we asked if they deliver to ensure this becomes are go to pizza delivery from now on! The only reason they got 4 stars for atmosphere is because it’s a small little place with minimal tables as it’s a pizza place from a venue perspective with restaurant menu that I can’t wait to...

My workplace orders out quite frequently. This happened earlier this year. One of my co-workers loves this place and talks us all into ordering. from here. We waited over an hour for delivery. When the food does come, we are opening the containers and passing them around so people can claim their meals. When we are done, there are three extra containers of food. Right as we realize this, the restaurant calls us and says they accidentally delivered us someone else's order too and they wanted to come back and pick it up so they can deliver it to the people. I told them we had opened it, but they said it didn't matter. Sure enough the driver came back and took the food. He said he was going to take it to the right people. GROSS!

This past week, we again order food. I don't know why, but I agreed to order from here. This time - TWO HOURS - for delivery. Really, two hours. One of my co-workers ordered garlic knots. She got one knot. Just one. Really? The food was cold. I don't even know if it would have tasted better hot.

NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE...
