Craftmaster Printing — Local services in Neptune City

PLEASE READ THIS, IT CONTAINS MANY KIND WORDS! For my parents 50th wedding anniversary party, I had ONE JOB - that, due to poor planning and being a general hot mess, I totally messed up. It was three days before the huge party that we’d been planning for months and I had no life size print-outs of my parents on their wedding day - which was literally the only thing my family was expecting me to bring.

So I blazed to Google and searched “large format printing 07716” and a listing for Craftmaster Printing immediately popped up. I made a frantic call and from our very first exchange Craftmaster’s owner, Curtis, was so unbelievably rad - completely engaged, helpful, calm (me, not so much!) - helping guide me to a print option even better & cheaper than what I had initially tried to do - and, on top of all the other awesomeness, he turned it around in no time flat, like less than 48 hours. The whole experience was customer service akin to what I imagine my parents received on the daily in the 1950’s - super attentive, kind, honest, fun/funny (!) and reliable - not the casual millennial indifference I have become super accustomed to in my everyday consumer life.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS ENOUGH!! Please people, if you’re in need of anything printed, make this your one stop shop. I have encouraged my place of business and all my pals to do the same....

I was trying to fax documents at another copy center and ran into problems. So I did a Google search and found Craftmaster Printing. I called to check and see if they did faxes. The gentleman was very nice and accommodating on the phone. When I got there all the employees greeted me and made me feel welcome. A very friendly atmosphere. The best part was that, when I gave them the documents and where they needed to be faxed and they did it for me and I was able to leave and still finish errands that I needed to get done. It was a relief to me that it didn't take up a lot of my time. (There were a lot of different numbers they needed to be faxed to) When I came back to pay for it it was reasonably priced. I run my own business, work with 3 non-profits and have had extremely time-sensitive print requests for them as well as for personal events including the recent passing of my, and my best friend's, mothers. I've dealt with MANY print facilities throughout the northeast and conducted a nation-wide print vendor request for proposals to handle my printing needs. SAVE YOURSELF HEARTACHE AND HEADACHES. Curt and his team and truly unbelievable. Their turn-around time is incredible and they do not sacrifice quality. We've come to him with sketchy ideaS - and he and his design team used their unique ability to LISTEN and in every instance, transformed ideas and drafts into MORE than we envisioned.
