Got DoorDash and ordered two crispy chicken salads some ice cream and drinks. Wawa seals the bags and when it arrived they didn’t put the two salads on. My DoorDash driver was kind enough to go back and get me the salads she stayed in the phone with me and I told her it was two crispy chicken salads (like on my receipt from wawa) she told them they out these in a bag and sealed them and when they arrived one had crispy chicken and the other has tuna salad in it. I am really irritated because I am allergic and I was ON the phone when I heard the Dasher telling them the order. If I could give zero stars I would. People make mistakes but not putting the food in at all the first time (ok mistake) but to then send a SALAD back with the wrong protein the second time which now I cannot even eat idk? Not paying...

The cashier, a woman, rudely said that I either had to pay by cash—I had already ordered my food. I begrudgingly used the ATM and incurred the fee that my bank levied on me. Well, as soon as I came back, the register was working. On principle, I should have been refunded that ATM fee.
