The First thing I Noticed is the Awesome "A" Light! Unfortunately the 2nd thing I noticed Was A Very Dirty Table, and the 1st Table as You Walk through the Door! It had been that way since B4 we walked in Until ??! IT Was Not Busy at All when we got there, So Why Should Any Table be Left DIRTY?! Also the Floors under tables Needed to be Swept! I Don't know WHY, Other than Laziness, With Covid 19 Still Causing Serious Problems, would you Not Care Enough to Make 100% Sure Your Business is as Clean as It Can Possibly be? Next Issue, Sandwiches, Fries were Fine BUT They Were Not Hot At All, even the Au-Jus Was Just Warm! I Even Made my Hubby go Back Up, leave His Now Colder Food, So my Sandwich would get Hot by Heating up the Au-Jus, It didn't work! Sadly the #2 Young Men looked at Each Other trying to Wrap Their Minds Around the Idea of Making Even that HOT!đ Also Surpising US More, they Took Our Already Partly Eaten Out Of Au-Jus and Put It Back In the Microwave and Reheated IT, Not!    Read moreIt's unfortunate that Google doesn't allow a zero star rating. I went to this arbys the night of March 6th and got a meal. Unfortunately when I got home the chicken in my meal didn't seem cooked, and the fries were cold and stale, note this was after i was asked to "park up front because we are making it fresh". I immediately contacted the manager on duty that night to speak about the experience. The manager assured me that if I kept my receipt I could come back for a full refund and a "make it right meal" she also stated she would put my name in the managers folder if I came on a day she wasn't there. Fast foward to this evening, and I went to get my refund. The teen in the drive thru window had to speak for whatever manager that was on duty because she didn't seem to speak a lick of English. All they kept saying was they couldn't give me a refund and wanted to know the mgr I had spoken too. All in all, they were zero help and couldn't even give me the arbys corporate number which I then Google myself, common sense you would think .    Read moreThey completely disregard delivery drivers here. Came through the drive thru he asks me to come inside. Why? There is 0 reason for me to come inside other than to get me out of the drive thru and make me wait longer, all so you can stress less about making the order, i can show you the order on the phone and you can watch me confirm it through the drive thru. Plus I had just picked up an order a day prior through the drive thru showing its inconsistent based on the employee. So i come in i wait 15 minutes for 1 singular chicken sandwich and jalepeno poppers mind you its still not ready. So i unassigned from the order im not doing that incompetent employees. Mind you they served 2-3 cars in drive thru during this time frame. If anything my delivery order should have more priority as the customer has to not only wait for yall to prepare it but has to wait for me to drive it there thats alot of waiting the customer has to do. While the cars in the drive thru can just get their food instantly.
