Update: Andrew and Emily both made it right and proceeded to reimburse my money which will hit my account sometime soon. Emily called me personally hours after speaking with Andrew with an apology. Thank you for the expedited resolution. I see this as an opportunity for growth and development.
This evening I ordered two large sandwiches. One was a Wagyu cheesesteak. The other was a Bobby. From start to finish Emily had taken my order and made my order. She had been unpleasant the entire time. After she had finished wrapping the sandwiches, she placed the wrapped sandwiches in a ripped up Capriotti‘s bag, then walked away and called out,”Your order is ready.” When I walked up to the counter to collect the order I noticed how badly ripped the bag was. Annelise was sweeping so before I walked out with the sandwiches I had asked Annelise if I could have a fresh bag. She gave me a fresh bag and I repackaged the sandwiches myself and left. The two large sandwiches were meant to be shared between four adults. When my friend showed me his sandwich, it was almost all bread. So I gathered the sandwiches and it’s remaining and brought it back to the shop. I showed them to Emily and her excuse was that gravity made the meat fall out of my friends sandwich. she blamed gravity for her lack of attention and detail to making a sandwich. There was no mayo in the Bobby either. Annalise overheard everything and came up. Annelise was extremely professional and kind and heard my complaints. Annelise advised me to call Monday to speak with Andrew, the manager, to get a refund for the sandwiches. This entire experience with Emily has shown me why this Capriottis has a three star review, the lowest out of the entire valley. I have provided photos of the very sad sandwiches. I also provided video recording of the conversation. no recordings of anyone’s faces are involved to protect their privacy/identity. Anyone who orders from this place I advise that you check your order before you leave so you don’t have to drive all the way back like I did. Over 45 dollars spent for four people to share, with one friend expected to eat a bread sandwich per Emily’s standard. After speaking to Annelise I threw away the sandwichs in the stores trash bin. A quote that forever lives in my heart is,”The way a person treats you is not a reflection of who you are, but who they are.” Well, Emily showed me a very unpleasant person tonight. I truly hope she finds something more suitable for her that she can enjoy. Annalise was exceptional and had a very professional demeanor. I hope that Andrew appreciates all that Annelies...
Read moreComplete disgusting. This franchise has went to hell and high water. They had three females working in the back basically in the back playing with their phones. The countertops were dirty the grill was absolutely disgusting. Disgusting couldn't believe it I've known as franchise to have good quality Italian food and products but this particular store has some young girls working in there that weren't working that was just hanging out collecting the paycheck. It's terrible because it would have been a halfway decent Philly cheese steak if they would have had it cleaned and nice and had some sort of Integrity about themselves selling that type of nasty product. I would never go back to this restaurant. I have to find a Capriotti's somewhere where they care about the franchise and respect the name. The brand they let the brand down here. I was grossed out I catch you not anybody challenged what I'm saying go to that Capriotti's on Fort Apache in Las Vegas and look at that nasty Grill that they call cooking your food on look at the walls look at the side full of grease and slopping nasty gross. I was just better off eating Indian Street Food some real goop scoop. I give capriani's on Fort Apache a -3 don't eat there as long as they got them young white girls working in the back they don't care nothing about cleaning up nothing...
Read moreOn Wednesday 9/4/24 I left my bag at this restaurant and did not notice. On Saturday I called to check if indeed I left my bag I spoke to two employees Shia and Jesse who confirmed my bag was indeed found and there. I asked if it was ok to send my husband for it they said yes. When my husband arrived they said they could not give it to him because it was in the safe where only the manager had the code and the manager declined to give them the code. So to call back Monday. Monday came 9/09/24 my husband called and spoke to the manager Andrew who stated he did give them the two employees the code and somehow my bag went missing. At this point I went ahead and reached out to corporate the said to give them time to investigate. I went today 9/10/24 in person to Capriotti’s at 12pm spoke to the manager Andrew in which he proceeded to confess he took my purse and got scared when I called so he threw it away he also said he didn’t think there would be any reports due to there being a California ID. Told me he let Freddy from corporate / management know that it was him who took it and Freddy and corporate are aware he took it. Yet corporate sent me an email that they were still investigating. It speaks volume of they are covering for this employee. I have processed to file a police report...
