Congratulations on having the rudest staff in del taco history... from when I pulled up to the drive thru and he asked me “what do you want”, to when I ordered a strawberry shake and he simply said “i don’t have strawberries” before waiting in silence, leading me to ask if he had any other shakes, which he sounded as if it were a chore to answer. Upon pulling up to the window, I didn’t see the card reader sitting on the counter, so when I handed it to him, he rolled his eyes, took it from my hand and slammed it into the card reader... he did not ask me if I wanted any sauce, he just put in a handful of scorcho... when I asked him instead for the inferno, he handed me 3 packets... for 4 tacos, and when I asked for a little more, he gave me 2 more packets, and when I again asked for more, he stated “you know there are some in the bag” and began to walk away from the window... I told him the sauce that was already in the bag was scorcho which I did not want, and he ignored me before walking away. I work in customer service, so am used to people being rude to me on a daily basis, but NEVER have I had a business that I am paying money to be this out of line... appalling... if I could give this place negative stars, I would... thanks Brandon for making the...
Read moreNever coming here again. We went through the drive tru and ordered rice, beans, a tamale, and a chicken nachos. It took a while, as always, and when we got the food, we checked it, as always. They forgot the guac on nachos. No big deal. Sure they didn't give us enough chips, or peppers, but whatever, its a bit too late now. We wait for someone to check up on us in the window....and wait. It isn't until someone brings out the next order that they open the window. Seriously? Every single place we've been to checks on us if we're still by the window. We tell her theres so guac. She argues. We check again, tell her again, she still argues. "Its on the bottom" we check. Its not. We show her. She insists. Gaslighting us at this point. Finally, someone gave us guac, but the damage had been done, because an EMPLOYEE ARGUED with us. We got home, ate the overpriced nachos, but the tamale was so tough my mom had to cut it with a knife. Never coming here again. Each time we do we end up disappointed, I don't know why we give it a chance. Poor quality. Inconsistent. Bad service. They tried to say the peppers were guac....unreal. This isnt fricking guac. Do not. Argue. Even after being shown that you made a mistake. That is...
Read moreYesterday I had the longest and most annoying drive thru experience of my life. First... After waiting nearly 5 minutes, the girl handed me the food and closed the window without a friendly, "have a nice night" or anything similar. After checking my bag I noticed that the two burgers I ordered were missing. So I called for her attention to let her know. She looked up at the order screen and said "oh", and walked away. So I waited. Then witnessed the girl handle the garbage with her BARE hands and then bag up my food without stopping to wash her hands first. When I called her out on it, she didn't even apologize. And had the nerve to ask if I wanted the food remade. I said, "Yes, of course! After I watch you use that sink to wash your hands". So she ran one hand under water, wiped it off, grabbed the tainted food, handled the garbage can AGAIN, put the food in the garbage and then pushed the can under the counter with BOTH HANDS and then walked around the wall to talk to someone and get the food remade. At this point I no longer trusted her. At about 14 minutes on the drive thru clock, I finally got the burgers. But because I no longer trusted her, they went in the trash when I got home. Will never return to...
