Don Tortaco — Restaurant in Nevada

Very rude lady, Took my order but after I ordered I decided the two flower tortillas were way to overpriced and the tax sent the Oder over, so I asked her to remove it because I didn’t want to pay that much, she got snappy and told me I shouldn’t order something if I couldn’t pay for it “like I already took the food” she was rude and said “now we are going to have to throw the food away in the trash” My thoughts are why are you so rude and comfortable that you would make a customer feel uncomfortable like your paying me? My kid is in the car listening to how your talking to me 👀, And is your business so irresponsible and greedy that it doesn’t donate the food that no one touched except the cook? Or save it for the next order right behind? Very ugly way of being and treating paying and regular customers, well...

Not here to complain about the food or service because it's fine, not great or outstanding in any way, but it's okay. I'm definitely not here to make any racist comments. If you don't like servers at the places you frequent, then cook your own food! My complaint is about the lack of lighting and potential safety issues in the parking lot. I came here last week and the drive-thru was pitch black. I was approached by a man who would not get away from my vehicle. I don't know what he wanted because I kept the windows up and doors locked. Someone has also made themselves a bed in between some overgrown vegetation at the shopping center. Don tortaco may or may not be responsible for the lighting and vagrant issues, so if they are not, it's their responsibility to contact...

Don tortaco is a great Mexican place..... Wait, it can be, if you hit this place at just the right moment you can get a great delicious meal, if you do not hit this place at the right moment you can get something that's not even fully cooked and very disappointing, you can get something that will remind you never to go back here again, I really love their chili rellenos, and I really love their chorizo and eggs Breakfast Platter, but sometimes it's great and most of the time it's not, I don't understand where the inconsistencies come from but their workers seemed uninterested in quality and just want to get you out the door the last two times I came here it sucks so bad I won't come back sorry Don tortaco...
